I am an 18 years old Filipino student. I bought a 4th-generation Honda City for 130,000 pesos and listed it for 200,000 pesos. Someone offered me 180,000 pesos, which I accepted, earning a profit of 50,000 pesos. This is a significant amount of money for me, and flipping cars is indeed a quick way to make money.
Well we can't all go to dealer auctions and get those sweet deals... but we can look for the other deals out there and there's always something available.. just have to look a little harder

If you want to do this here’s how you do it. I’m going based off of Ohio’s rules but your state might be similar! Start an llc, get a very good insurance policy, do mobile mechanics and flip under 7 cars for your first year! Build a credit score with your llc(it’s separate from your personal) and save every penny you can afford to stash away. After your first year from the day you sell your first flip file with the state to apply for a used car training course. Take the classes, pass the classes, put in a $25,000 surety bond(you don’t need the whole $25k) and find an old ran down gas station that has been closed for 20 years to buy out in the cut. You’ll be taking out a little loan with that new credit score you’ve been building. You should be able to secure a small plot like that for $20k. Maybe $10k if it’s overgrown and needs work. after that your going to need to prioritize the remodel of the lot, and construction of your sales room. You’ll need a desk, computer, filing cabinets and 3 chairs according to the Ohio attorney general. The building must be need and maintained and you will be audited before opening. After that you must submit proof of your surety bond/training course and wait for the state to give you your license. At that point you can turn your business into a small company or a rags to riches empire. It isn’t a small task but if you have the heart to rebuild an engine you can do this shit. Good luck boys
You can’t use an old has station now if the pumps are still under ground .. it’s a lot of small car dealerships get shut down for that in Ohio great info tho 🎉
I’m sorry but what is wrong with a automatic car wash yeah it feels good to wash your car or truck manually but automatic car washes are a lot simpler for when you don’t have the time to wash your car
To participate in dealer auctions you’ll need one. There are public auctions I haven’t personally tried but the pricing is a lot higher. Also I never used auctions, I buy private party. For me it’s been slow.
So I use Copart and u basically barrow a dealers license and they let u use them but for a fee of 400$ on top of the other fees and the price of which u bought the car
The detail sold the car, I can guarantee you that. For anyone who’s flipping, get a detail guy involved, you’ll move cars quick. People want the new car smell/look, not the price.
how do you get the title to sell the car to someone else. Like if i buy a car from a private seller and i signed off on the odometer agreement and title, how would i get a new title for the car so when i sell it they can sign off on it. I need to do this without registering the car i bought under my name or registering it in general because there’s a limit of how many cars u can buy and sell when registering vehicles
Check w your local DMV. Some states although having a limit they allow to obtain transfer of ownership without having to get license plates/tags. Taxes and fees may apply.

Also, what if I’m in California, do I have to pay tax on the car because that adds up right? The tax here is high

Do you need a dealership to be able to buy and resell cars or am I able to sell like that for now?
Search up rules on your state, each state has a limit of how much cars you can sell a year without a dealer license
