yes...so that means let go of wrath or a need for revenge...but I don't think the 10 Commandment or 7 Deadly sins include forgiveness. Jesus is the ultimate forgiver too....I don't agree that humans should forgive everyone of EVERY kind of sin....to me that is borderline condoning bad behavior? It blurs the lines between good/bad which was not Jesus' intention. You know Jews do not forgive as Christians do...because they are not trying to mimick Jesus in all their dealings because Jews don't recognize Jesus... So juice will sometimes spit after saying the name of a person who greatly harmed their family.... And I think that's kind of appropriate. And healthy

@@exposinginsanityI think it’s okay to feel negatively towards someone but that doesn’t mean to actively hate them or wanting to exact revenge or wish them ill. I think the thing is by showing those individuals the glory of God in being able to forgive and accept them, if they can also find Him they will feel beyond convicted and sorrowful towards their wrongdoings. I say that because those who do not know God sometimes don’t feel bad at all or justify their actions. In feeling conviction they will feel the need for atonement both in His eyes and their fellow man, while ALWAYS knowing they did something wrong. And that should be plenty enough without everyone around them turning against them. They know and will always know (if the conditions are met).

Jesus taught us how to pray the Lord’s Prayer and the key line is “Thy will be done”. Too often we pray that our wants and wishes be met without thought for Gods plan for us. Or the purpose of trials and the refiners fire. In his most extreme moment Jesus prayed “take this cup from me”, but then in his selflessness he added, “nevertheless Thy will be done”. Gods will for us should be at the centre of our wants. God allowed Satan to afflict Job in order to demonstrate Jobs faith. Job in his refusal to lose faith proved Gods purpose.

Jesus wasn't saying some worse sickness would fall on him than the sickness that Jesus healed him of. He was saying stop sinning or something worse would happen to him than his sickness---ending up in hell. It wasn't about certain sins causing varying degrees of sickness. We're all subject to sickness and physical death because we're in fallen flesh but it's all temporal. The more important thing is the spiritual, eternal reality.

      Matthew 6:33
Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and his righteousness and all of this shall be added unto you.
Seek him with all your mind, soul and spirit. He will teach you how to live simply and humbly.
Phillipians 4:6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7: And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
      Jame 1:5
If anyone lacks wisdom ,let him ask the father of lights who gives to all men liberally.
You can ask God for wisdom, you don't need someone else to pray for it for you. Jesus Christ died so that you can be one with the father and go directly to him.
Our fathers word has the answers to everything. It's the bread of life. Trust in his word and he will speak to you.

You can use this advice or not but what Titus is talking about is true, but to start the path where Christ can work with you on prayer there is something you can do. First ask for guidance each night on the subject that is on your mind. Continue to do this over and over until guidance is present. Then as you release that pain the prayer and work with work through as the guidance brought you to that change or event. Then if you are praying for another try not to ask for them for a specific thing that you want or others to want but pray that Christ enters the mind. It does not mean a major event like we want but soft subtle things that God and nudge that person. Think about it this way. Titus nudges Peter all the time. When he says we are friends no matter what is him saying I will never leave your side whether you are here or we never see each other, but those thoughts will always be the same. God works through humble prayer and offers his hand to guide you and nudge you. Just my thoughts.

We are essentially saying if we die in our sin we go to hell .. even if we have confessed Christ ? So if the man died in a car wreck before he died from cancer before he told his wife his sin he would of gone to hell even though he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior from his sin ?

I did hear of a woman who experienced a spontaneous healing with dr joe dispensa... But apparently for this to happen. She had to remember the faces. And all the actions of three men who had raped her.... And she had to forgive them in her heart.... For me this would be an act of disloyalty to myself.... To forgive something that evil.I would have to be agreeing that the evil was okay? I simply couldn't do it.... Even if I found out that all 3 rapists were abandoned by their mother's as babies? I still could not forgive them because I would feel like I was forgiving the devil

I think it is possible that we have misinterpreted the sacrifice that jesus made to take away our sins.... I don't know that we are supposed to be Jesus when it comes to forgiveness or taking away sins. I don't know that we should have a habit of being a martyr to evil doers..... Because as the time passes I think the evil has become bigger than even what jesus experienced? Did jesus run across a Charles Manson.... Did jesus run across hamas?

I have always had a hard time with forgiveness.... Because many people have done things to me that I would never ever do to anyone.... And then instead of apologizing sometimes they have said it was my own fault and I deserved it? These people are narcissists.... And because they did not have remorse... And they did not ask for forgiveness.... I have not and will not give it to them... Because I am not jesus... I think only jesus can take away all sin. I think we were meant to emulate him but we cannot BE him. And so for instance to forgive a hamas soldier that killed your baby ... I don't think jesus expects that of us. And while you need to let go of your anger/wrath against that soldier.... It is kind of an abomination against goodness and life to forgive them. They can take their murderous ways and lack of remorse and die to go be with the damned for eternity...in my opinion.

People need to seek the Lord by reading the Bible praying and fasting and to stop sinning. People also need to stop eating sugar and grains if you have bad health.
The grain giants lobbied hard against meat farmers. You cannot eat most of the crops farmers grow. Animals eat grass and we eat animals. Fruits and vegetables are a treat and so is bread. Pancakes are not breakfast food it's like eating doughnuts for breakfast. Do you feed your kids doughnuts for breakfast? Skim milk and cereal will fatten up hogs better than anything. Food is making people sick and contaminated drinking water.

@@exposinginsanity O'really and what book chapter and verse did you learn that from? However I don't expect you to reply back cause there is no such passages that teaches that.
An old slave had defied his master’s order not to read the Bible and was being flogged for it. As the whip cut into his flesh, his owner taunted him with: “What can your Bible do for you now, boy?” “It can teach me to forgive master,” he replied.
It is sometimes more difficult to forget than to remember. But we must learn to forget. “We do not mean literally to forget, but to cease to nurse a grudge, to put the thing behind us, never to be brought up again, no matter what happens in the future.
We need to forget our past failures. Don’t cry over spilled milk; get up and milk the cow again. When you have tried something and failed, learn a lesson from your failure and then forget it.
Some people can never get over a slight by someone or a wrong done to them. The penitentiary is full of people who cannot forget a real or imagined wrong by an individual or society. A man told me that one of the reasons he had never become a Christian was that he could not forgive a wrong done to him. One of the first recorded statements of the Lord was: “But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:15). We had better remember that no unforgiving person can have fellowship with a forgiving God.
When Abraham Lincoln was President, he was bitterly criticized by Edward McMasters Stanton. He called Lincoln a “low cunning clown,” the “original gorilla.” Stanton was a Democrat, but after the attack on Ft. Sumter, Lincoln appointed him Secretary of War because Stanton was a loyal man and qualified for the job. Lincoln was more concerned for the country than for Stanton’s opinion of him. When Mr. Stanton looked into the rugged and homely face of Lincoln after he was killed, he remarked in subdued tones of respect, “There lies the greatest leader this country has ever known.” Would it not be nice if Christians would put the interest of the Lord’s work and His church before their own petty little injuries? We could use a lot of real men and women who have Lincoln's spirit concerning this matter.
A little girl was asked to define forgiveness. She said in substance, “I don’t know the definition, but it is like this: when you crush a rose, the only resistance it offers is a sweet fragrance.”
Paul might have remembered the ill-treatment he received at Philippi, but instead, he said: “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mind for you all making request with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now” (Philippians 1:3-4).

@@UneducatedScholar1 For one we are supposed to pray for sinners and those who are unsaved. He basically promoted something false in the story of the pastor who refused to pray for the women because why? Because she had sin in her heart with her fellow man? That nonsense. Lets see what the scripture have to say about praying for sinners.
bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:28
But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, Matt 5:44
      In return for my love they act as my accusers;
But I am in prayer. Psalm 109:4
So the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned, because we have spoken against the Lord and you; intercede with the Lord, that He may remove the serpents from us.” And Moses interceded for the people.
      Numbers 21:7
The Lord was angry enough with Aaron to destroy him; so I also prayed for Aaron at the same time. Deuteronomy 9:20
