I took a lot of footage at Tankfest 2019 on the Saturday and Sunday. After some time i cut it down to what i thought you guys would like the most. It was awesome getting to meet you guys at the meet and greet :D

@@johndowe7003 But the gun could pen the sherman no problem :D even if the engine/transmission fails it will see and hit the sherman before the sherman knew what happened.

The Germans would have probably be able to build these tank numbers too, if they did not had to build 1.100 Subs and some battleships.
Real reason was Nazis didn't have 3 million adult workers that would work in production of tank and related armament production chain factories.
Germans didn’t even use womans in factories except for small portion of slave womans worked in some factories.
Also another problem was Germans was never in full war economy until 1944,I mean look at production numbers of 1944 it seems very decent and if they had that numbers by 1940-41 today maybe we would not talking about outproduced or something.

Germans couldn't penetrate T-34 tanks when they invaded the Soviet Union due to their sloped armor and general armor thickness. The only gun that was capable at the time was the 8.8cm anti-air flak gun, regular anti-tank guns and tanks could not.
Let us all remember the Ferdinand that burned up in engine fire half a year ago. It would have been here if not for that. And that was the last functional Ferdinand ever.

If u live in Eastern Europe then u can go to Russia on their military event called “Army 2019”, it ended a few weeks ago but it’ll happen again next year. It’s a bit like tankfest but a lot bigger. They have stuff like T-80 cutting fruit with a bayonet or T-80 drawing star with a pen attached to its gun.

The Jagdpanther is my favorite AFV of WW2, I just like the look of it. A masterpiece in aesthetics.
It's actually just a TD, an AFV would be a Stryker or a BTR
@@ndcentral8194 That is a later definition in WW2 terms AFV means any vehicle with armor, it could be tracked or wheeled. I was reading about how the Americans built more Shermans in a month than the Germans built AFV's during the entire war.

These are all owned by the bovington tank museum, the British army or donations from other museums.
The panther engine sounds practically the same here as in war thunder. Impressive gaijoob.

Well actaully, its good to push engines every now and again, or they get bad, atleast that is what I was tought when I was building engines
All I’ll say: if people think these things are going too slow, they dont have an understanding of any of these tanks.
Of all of them, the Shermans are probably the fastest tanks in the first bit of the video, with a top speed of roughly 30 mph (48 km/h) on a flat, paved road. They weren’t modern MBTs, they were literally massive blocks of steel, mounted on even larger blocks of steel, on tracks that weren’t designed for high speeds.

My favorite German WWII tanks, actually ! I like them all as well as wheeled vehicles ! I need to get here sometime, and Germany and France ! Been to a few neat Tank Museums in Russia a few years back, need to get back there also ! Go ARMY

The Panthers you see here is the regular Panter, and the Jagd Panther

The engine wasn't bad just the transmission broke a lot
The engine I would say was slightly better, however the teething on the gears caused the engine to catch fire. A lot. Also the fuel would flood the engine causing fires, meaning that if the tank was at an incline it risked having the engine burst into flames or be flooded by fuel.

The BRDM carried the final demonstration as an unsung hero. He made sure the Panther was always spotted even if his teammates ignored him.

Offcourse at a price, varying from 5 Euro's to 50 euro's for every German verhicle.
I assume that riding along at the track with the Panther would be the most expensive one (50 Euro's)
