Yes it was and it's ridiculously accurate as well. It's a badge of honor among we Utah people that our school is in the Pac-12 and BYU isn't, which is a stick in their pathetic craws until this very day
@BeatingMySonYT they haven't won it yet but that doesn't mean they haven't done anything. They have made the title game twice, recruiting is better, they have been ranked more often, and they have had some solid seasons. They are usually a top 3 team in the pac 12. I only bring up byu because its hilarious how byu fans try to talk shit about utah when utah straight up owns them and has accomplished way more over in the 2000s.
I also love when the Utah guy covers up the Indian logo, which is a reference to Utah having to get permission from the Ute Indian Tribe to keep it as the nickname, while also going out of its way to distance itself from Native American symbols, namely the drum and feather logo, which has been used less and less in recent years. This video is filled with more references than a Disney Star Wars Movie.
John Button Salmon was a qb badly injured in a car accident in 1926. The legend of Salmon's inspirational words was born at the next football game. Just before the start of the game at New Mexico State, Coach J.F. "Pop" McKale gathered his players around for a pre-game huddle. The coach visited Salmon every day in the hospital. On his last visit he asked if Button had a message for the team. "Tell them ... tell them to bear down." He died shortly after telling that to the coach.
My parents met at Tech. Last month my wife (TCU alum) and kid and I went with my parents to go visit Tech and it's amazing how much it's changed (granted, they graduated 50+ years ago). Tech sure does look nice and big. My dad's cousin's grandson is a freshman on the football team this year.
Baylor has a (very low) rent version of the Washington Husky Stadium's sailgating. Huskies have the Puget Sound in Seattle, Baylor Bears have the Brazos (barely a) River in Waco.
Yup, and unlike Baylor, Liberty, and BYU there hasn't been a "moral" controversy regarding the school and athletic department until maybe recently. Those others seem to always be in criminal or moral scandals.
It's odd. The outside schools and kids say "You're a religious school, eww," while the older fan base state, "The only thing Christian about TCU is its middle name."
@@grondhero It's not just the older fanbase. It's pretty much everyone who lives in DFW that acknowledges that... I mean, they have athiests that attend/have attended in recent years. I have a friend currently living in Seattle who spent a few classes there and she's as liberal/non-theistic as it gets.
@@29Texan Yeah, I was just trying to put it in relation of old/new students. It's really a shame to me, because whenever I go to the games, everyone seems respectful of the prayer before the game, but then when the opponents come out on the field after introductions, I see TCU students flipping them off, which just boggles my mind, especially when it's against a small school at the start of the year. Like, these guys are coming into a P5 field knowing they're going to get beat and these guys are "greeting" them like they're an enemy who stole from you.
I like how Washington State inquires about Texas Tech, because their former coach Mike Leach was the coach at Texas Tech before he went to Wazzu, and he was famously fired at Texas Tech for that like locking the kid in the closet thingy.
Clint, great videos...I especially like the new big XII orientation vid postings. I would be interested in seeing your video on Gary Patterson joining Texas' coaching staff - I bet you would have an interesting take on that.
Hilarious! Old news now, but when Texas and Oklahoma went to the SEC it was over before it started. They were the 2 main targets of the last expansion that ended up brining in Colorado and Utah which were better geographical fits.
As a Cyclone fan, I like how Iowa State and Kansas weren't even there. Possible foreshadowing for a Big 10 interview video? Overall, this video made me laugh.
This is absolutely hilarious to watch two years later.
"Whats even more pacific than Rural Kansas" ROFL, wish we got to see KSUs full interview.
"Isn't BYU in this conference?" Utah guy laughs. ACCURATE!!
As a Utah fan it is very accurate
Wasn't Utah also founded by thw Mormon church too? Or do I have that wrong?
@@fighterck6241 Utah was founded by Brigham Young, yes.
And now who is laughing
THEY'RE ARE BOTH IN THE BIG 12 NOW, GET READY!
That was pretty funny. Tech fan here and I like how the Arizona schools recognized us as a party school.
I like the subtle joke of Oregon quitting half way through the TCU interview lol
I totally missed that. Brilliant! HAHAHAHA!
OUCH.....but unfortunately fair!!!! We got rid of Slick Willie Taggart though!
Cal is horribly..... accurate 😂
Oregon fan I totally didn’t get it. 😂😂😂😂
@@aronsanchez6999 The fact TCU was down 100000000 at the half and came back and beat us..... Subtle, yet still painful 😖
"Come on, guys! What's more Pacific than rural Kansas?" 🤣🤣
The Utah laugh at BYu was funny AF!
I thought BYU stood for Baptist Young University! 😆😆😆😆
Yes it was and it's ridiculously accurate as well. It's a badge of honor among we Utah people that our school is in the Pac-12 and BYU isn't, which is a stick in their pathetic craws until this very day
@@matthewcastleton2263 Utah's the only fanbase I've ever seen have conference stickers for their car. Guess you've got to take pride in something.
@BeatingMySonYT pretty ignorant to say they haven't done anything since joining lol. What has byu done in that time frame?

Yeah, I think it’s sad because the drum and feather is dope and I love the Ute tribal stuff they do at the U.
All references and characters are on point. Every character is dressed the most sterotypical way, its truly a work of art.
The ASU and TT part was absolutely hilarious and spot on! Solid work!
Watching 7/29/2023 … even more fun
As a Tech alum, this is 100% accurate.
As a TX Tech fan, I laughed out loud with "Guns Up!" and the other schools ducking for cover.
I really did laugh out loud when he said "Bear down!" I too often wonder what the connection to a wildcat a bear has. LMAO 🤣🤣🤣

It’s not a literal bear lol. It’s more like to endure, give it your all. Bear Down!
Next week the Big 12 adds four PAC 12 and the PAC 12 is down to two…too funny.
Proud Colorado alum here, this is perfect.
"Isn't BYU in this conference" They then go 5-0 against the pac 12
My, how things have changed. 😂
Pac-12 says...hold my beer.
TTU alum here. Yeah, we can't hide that we are a party school even with recent stuff like tier 1 research school lol

Oklahoma State “Yeah!! You see we got this really great pond.”
8/3/23 WOW: The difference a year makes!!!
TCU fan here. Awesome and especially the big money bag to join. So true.
This is so much better now
TTU, accurate af. 😂😂
Guns Up!!
This is so accurate 😂 Texas Tech fan by the way.
I've watched this so many times. Never gets old!!!
Oregon State and Colorado jokes had me rolling lmao
This wasn't just hilarious- it was spot on! And incredibly revealing on how conference affiliation works- for real!
Funny how things really worked out. 😁
Colorado had me rollling
It’s funny that Washington is the one who talks when people talk about water because we’re the only ones in the PAC 12 who are actually on the water
Baylor has a (very low) rent version of the Washington Husky Stadium's sailgating. Huskies have the Puget Sound in Seattle, Baylor Bears have the Brazos (barely a) River in Waco.
HOW THE TURN TABLES!!!
Spot on to all the schools! I've watched this video 20 times, and shared it with at least 100 people. Subscribed and ready for more! Wreck 'em 👆👆
Alright, as an Oregon fan, "I stopped listening halfway through" was painfully funny.
Amazing as always. If the Frogs end up in the Pac-12 somehow, you've already got amazing characters for that conference.
This aged horribly. Big 12 will be interviewing PAC 12 now lol
Makes it all the funnier to watch back
Is a “big 12 interviews pac12” in the works?
San Diego St and UNLV since you guys are the PAC12 favorite vacationing spots you got the job.
As long as you don't mind losing to SDSU? Looking forward to Arizona game.
This was amazing!! Wow fantastic. Easily the best thing I have watched in weeks. Great job. You got a subscriber on this one.
Thank you! Means a lot!
Bruh Cal and Colorado 😂
Lmfao the accuracy was one point with all the schools
As an Oklahoma State alum, this was hilarious!!! Also pretty accurate with all the schools lol
When I was attending UCLA, I always looked forward to the Arizona or ASU games at the Rosebowl. We would all party together before the games.
I’ve watched this video several times and just now noticed my mountaineers are the end I’d say you summed it up well lol
BYU fan and thought all of these are great! Thanks for the entertainment.
Alright, now do the 2022 sequel.
Very accurate that ISU wasn’t even invited 🤣
About time for a tables have turned video
I'm surprised ASU didn't recognize tech from before (aside from the party school rep), they were in the border conference together for like 30 years
Great skit. With everything going on, Big 12 pulled an UNO reverse. I hope you got stuff for us
Graduated to TCU last spring. The C definitely didn't stand for Christian 😂
Ok, this is great. Subbed.
Waiting for the new set of interviews. I am pretty sure Oregon and Washington will be checking their phones the entire time.
I love the douchie TCU shirt. Also I heard someone say the "cheez it" bowl today and cracked up
Today I learned one of my favorite TCU shirts is douchie, hahaha. Thanks for watching!!
@@clintfostercomedy after I commented I realize you were a TCU fan. I was like oh damn what have I done!?

lol I like the USC PR firm hint with the scandals they've had.
Great show 👏
It is amazing how fast things have changed in a year 🤣
Watching this in August of 2023 is pretty funny!
Lol TCU was pretty funny. I wish TCU would just own who they are. There's nothing wrong with it.
Yeah, TCU hasn't been a real "religious school" in years and quite frankly, THAT'S what they need to own up to...

Please make more videos like this one!!! The full conference videos are great. I don’t really watch the “How TCU fans reacted…” ones
Great work. Very spot on.
The TTU one was 100% on the money
How the tables have turned!
Any chance you could do a KU and Iowa State interview with the B1G video? Be very entertaining to see what you'd come up with!
Love this. Very accurate bro
Let’s see the 16 teams of the Big XII interviewing Stanford! Haha.
Oh my god I love the savage diss toColorado
No Iowa State or Kansas?
Lying Eyes was a perfect song choice for Baylor
Bro u nailed asu lol…it’s almost as if……..
