My traxxas ez start motor burnt out I think. I can't even get it started now and also when I put in the ez start and press red button it doesn't do anything and doesn't turn over the engine

Marty284 hmm, that's very weird, u can try replacing it or just put a pull or drill start on it. All I know is it could be either broken, flooded, or a wire is loose

yea I think the motor died but it spins for a wee bit then shuts off and I know for sure it's not flooded

Ez start motor was burning and smoke coming by off it I only bought it at xmas and traxxas should have a warranty on it

Marty284 did u try using it while it didn't move? It will smoke if u press and hold while it's not moving it will smoke

Yea I did try. But I am just gonna replace the ez start motor instead

this is backward you want a bigger pinion to go faster

Yeah because the closer the size of the gears the closer the rpm of the wheel is to the motor
