Meanwhile at Honda they’re basically using the technology to design stickers and paste them with silly names like 5g etc come on Honda you’re freaking Honda the pioneer of so many technologies and stickers is all you offer us

That's right Instead of bringing in the new honda 250r 2019 edition they just play with stickers and they don't even bother to upgrade the instrumental console

I don't know why people at Yamaha make such an amazing bike and not give ABS even as an option. My guess is they might have taken the RC 200 as the benchmark and decided to copy its biggest drawback. Not to forget the cheeky tactic of launching before April 1 to get over the regulation.

This main feature of this motorcycle is the engine no jerk at low rpm stable at low rpm stage, stress free engine , amazing top end performance, pulling power is amazing.....!!!!
Yamaha rushed manufacturing to launch this before April to escape abs mandatory laws..... As a result of this rush...... Crappy welding.

Nitesh Suresh dont think yamaha 250 under cc bikes need ABS as the included brakes itself compensates for it... with its spot on braking capability.... owns fz25 one myself ... if yo know how to apply brakes ...its more than enough .....
Best bike under 1.5 lakh..... However everyone argues for bajaj products but none can beat the ride quality of yamaha.... Top notch models like r15, fz25, fzs Love you yamaha

There's many haters in V3 india edition but indonesia V3 edition is marvelous one...
Good overall..but Yamaha should've put a bit more power in it.its too slow in todays time in india

I am a yamaha fan, but this r15 really disappoints me. No ABS (which is badly needed in now days), I think the headlamps will be not so highway friendly even though there were 2 lamps instead of 1 , the seating geometry is not up to the mark coz it will tire people in long distance. But Yamaha's strong point is its engine. The heart of the bike is so reliable and the looks of this bike is so sexy that those cons can be neutralised. Anyways thank you Autocar for this review.

It looks like Indonesian version of R15, with 155 cc plus VVA technology (formerly used in Indonesian's Yamaha Nmax )

I own 2010 R15 i was very excited with the launch of R15 v3.0 but now strongly disappointed with Yamaha bcoz as I see the indonesia and india version i think they have just upgraded the v2.0 with v3.0 parts
U can clearly see the front mudguard no upside down suspensions handlebars are different rear pillion footrest is same as it's on older version basically u can just compare it with indonesia one and u will some to know is it worth it or not
I was planning to buy the new one but now m happy with the older version can't exchange just for new body and slipper clutch
why do people want every motorbikes to have abs system? It already got a slipper clutch for this version from factory. Noone care to learn how to downshift or rev matching to slow down but only rely on abs system? The bike simply do not have enough mass or sufficient speed to warrant installing all the ABS systems. hence, is 155cc class.
