ABOUT BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" follows the exploits of hilarious Det. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and his stoically ever-professional captain, Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher), along with their diverse, lovable colleagues as they police the NYPD's 99th Precinct. In this final season of the series, Jake and the squad must try to balance their personal lives and their professional lives over the course of a very difficult year.
Rounding out the ensemble is Sgt. Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumera), who has a passion for organization and a weakness for dork dancing; Lt. Terry Jeffords (Terry Crews), a mountain of a man whose most powerful muscle is his sweetheart; Jake's best friend and human puppy dog, Det. Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio); and the incredibly secretive, tough-as-nails Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz). Also part of the Nine-Nine are veteran officers Det. Scully (Joel McKinnon Miller) and Det. Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker), whose only skill as police officers is their ability to make a passable pot of coffee.
Created by Emmy Award-winning writer/producers Dan Goor and Michael Schur, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" won the 2014 Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical and Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Comedy or Musical (Samberg). Emmy winner Braugher earned four Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Capt. Holt.

Which moment convinced you? Let us know below 👇
Hey Hitchcock, your p*nis is hanging out.
the backstreet boys moment, I was in drama class and we had a bit of time to spare so the teacher pulled up the scene and we did a full dramatic breakdown of the scene talking about how number 5 over-performed his singing to hopefully make the victim's sister belive someone else killed her brother and how Andy Sandburg was able to in the small scene portray the golden retriever type perfectivley, after the class i put the show on and i got hooked
100% the BOOOOONEEEE? clip.
The “I Want It That Way” scene is how I found out about the show existence. That scene made me curious enough to put it on, but it was the cold open of the pilot that convinced me to watch it fully:
“Detective Santiago! Don’t walk away from me!”
I want it that way
bold of u to assume that we haven't already watched it 10+ times
Only 10 times? You gotta pump those numbers up bro, those are rookie stats 🤣
I'd say about15-25
Entire show just 7-8 times but Halloween and Christmas episode become mu background noise for years lol
30 for me LMFAO 😂😂😂😂 I just can't get enough of this show, this makes me want to rewatch it tho lol
This is just a reminder to rewatch again!! :D
The I Want it That Way cold open probably got the most people to watch this show
That’s what happened to me😍
i saw that scene before i started watching, i got recommended the show a few months later, when it got to that scene i was over the moon
That and the secret Santa Cold Opening was for my hook to watch the show
Guilty 🙈🙈
I'm one of them for sure
The moment that convinced me was Season 1, Episode 1, Minute 2.
I see what you did, but let me just give it a double check... I'll be back on 8 seasons!
Stud mean
Totally agree!!!!!
"Do you know what it means to clap back, Raymond?
Be👏cause👏I👏do👏"
-Kevin Cozner, Brooklyn 99
"Rosa, rosa, rosa! Are you finally single?"
"No"
"I respect that"
Scully's face when Boyle is talking about his 'oldest bag' is priceless. Doesn't need to say a word but his reactions tell a whole story 🤣
Scully might be disgusting most of the times, but there's always a limit.
4:06 this is forever my favorite scene 😂😂😂
Amy's passion and the way jake realizes first is perfect.
"Great gift babe"😂😂😂😂
And mine is this
10:00
I love that you can hear Andy’s “Jooeeee” as he giggles/tries not to break, when Joe keeps elaborating about Boyle’s oldest arrest. iirc Joe’s response after “68” is all ad-libbed
Bold choice for the first scene to be with Hitchcock. Respect.
1:24 The way Boyle just leans into the story, you can hear Andy Samberg break character while laughing.
I don’t need convincing but I think it would most like be the Boyle 68 year old bag.
No one needs convincing to watch Brooklyn Nine Nine. They just need to watch the Cold open of Episode 1, Season 1 and they will be hooked forever. I guarantee.
Yeah I recommend the series to my boyfriend and he texted me that it's great, right after the first cold open.
Does swallow mean act
It's true. Started 99 because I was bored, ended up loving it.
Yeah why does that happen? I just got addicted?
That's exactly what happened to me- FROM THE EVERY FIRST EPISODE!!!!!!! I am 54yrs old, I've been watching TV for a looooong time. Brooklyn Nine-Nine is the last television show that I followed until the end, bought every season on DVD and still watch on a regular basis. The show is like a glass of wine or a toke after work to make me smile, laugh and giggle.
Ultimately, I ADORE this ENSEMBLE CAST and the EXCELLENT WRITERS who managed to incorporate incredible characters with positive, inclusive messages with witty, COMICAL yet still magically emotionally satisfying STORYTELLING. Plus, trying to solve some of the cases with the detectives is always a silly brain tease too.
I study astrology, tarot and I used to be a teacher. The Brooklyn Nine-Nine crew is like my ALL TIME FAVORITE CLASS OF WEIRDO STUDENTS with a regular visiting SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS named Pimento and Bill, LOL.
1:12 Jake's laugh was most definitely a left in blooper😂 and Charles masterfully stayed in character
This scene made me realise the greatness of writers 😂
"I will cut you, LITTLE MAN" - PIMENTO, Adrian. Talking to a gigantic man as Terry Crews 🤣 Gets me every time 🤣
I just realised even Scully was repulsed by Charles' 68-year-old experience
"Who told you? Was it room?"
you don't have to convince us, we love rewatching it
What made me watch was a clip of Terry holding Jake saying it was like holding a grape 😂
I love Jake giving Amy a thumbs up after her gift giving idea to Holt.😂😂😂 Her doing that and her total lack of cooking skills show how even smart people aren’t perfect.😉
Holt being sassy or devious is definitely one of the best reasons to watch the show.😉😂
Something awesome is a friend of mine hadn’t seen the show, so when he decided to watch the Backstreet Boys cold opening on his phone, I got to see him laugh so hard in real time at the iconic scene.😂😂😂
Bone!!!
My favorite. 😂
I love how Scully reacted in 1:15 😂😭
19:30 Hitchcock drinking his own fish ☠
Rosa was so disgusted saying that out loud lol
Pet fish are not food
I fell in love with the show as soon as Holt showed up ❤
I feel I've consumed about 60% of this show without watching it fully.
The clips don't show the full beauty of the show
I had that feeling. Then watched a few episodes. I was so wrong. Context is everything.
@@richardhinshaw2116 I can't tell if you mean it was a good thing or bad thing
Utterly good. I've also seen the SNL Christiano Renaldo sculpture skit about forty times, and still can't watch it without snerking. Just as an example.
The FOX/NBC ads convinced me to watch this show
Please make a compilation of Rosa being the most observative 99 member. "Hitchcock drank his own fish", "Charles isn't talking about his oldest arrest". She's just always the first one to notice things.
Why didn't they add the clip where Jake pranked Captain Holt....? 🤨🤨
Brooklyn 99 is literally my comfort show ❤. Nobody has to convince me to watch it
this made me binge the whole show twice
My sister got me into it, one evening I ordered some pizza for us and our grandmother, she was watching it on the day she got our family got Peacock TV and I watched a few scenes of one episode and I decided to binge the whole series spent a whole week watching it
I need a compilation of the autopsy dude he’s a fave of mine
Today I finished watching b99 for the first time. I cried. I love This show! And I’ll probably rewatch it a lot in the future
I already watched it and now i want to watch it again
Its Holt or more to the point Andre Braugher...stoic and serious. Andre Braugher now doing silly comedy and pulling it of perfectly. The Bone episode made sure i stayed hooked.
love this frfr
🎶✨“Jake the hero abs of steel shalalala”✨🎶
Literally Jake’s first monologue won me 💕
You had me at I want it that way
I don’t actually watch the first few episodes in order as a family member would put on the show and I thought it was funny. But the first few funny moments convinced me
Jokes on you, I watched this video while I'm currently watching Brooklyn 99
A simple FOX ad convinced me to watch
14:20
I love Amy's response to that, don't know why
Sending this to my friend now
"hitchcock just drank his own fish" is a CLASSIC
My moment was a clip I found on social media of Jake's proposal to Amy and Boyle fainting 😂 Watched the entire show
S1 E2 cold open. I was convinced to watch bc it went onto Netflix, but I was convinced to stick around with the S1 E2 cold open.
I was sold at The first Halloween
If i had walked in not knowing anything about b99, and the first scene i watched was the Hitchcock one (beginning of the video) i would've turned around and not watched😭
any scene for Hitchcock and Scully is more than enough to watch the show.
Convincing me to watch Brooklyn 99 (I already watched a lot)for the for the 100th time. LETS GO!!!!
I am convinced to watch it again for the 10th time
10.12 is one of the funniest scenes ever 🤣🤣
I'm a simple person; I see B99, I click.
Did not need any... "convincing".
4:48 this scene would be a start
3:31 Jake knows what’s good.
How I wished I could watch for the first time this show
I wish we had more CJ
Makes sense now about Rosa, her dad is the Machete 😂😂
Just play season 5, episode 14 to someone who hasn't seen B99, they will be sold in no time.
1:04 & 1:20 even Scully was disgusted at that
Funny how every song for Rosa is just her name (:
Marshed -mellow 😂
i miss 99
썸네일만 봐도 웃김ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㄱㅋㅋㅋ
charles bedding a 68 year old when he was 20 lollll
Rip Captain Holt.
ok i guess ill watch it for the 10th time
"BONEEEE"
I only need 1
1:22 even Scully's disgusted by Boyle
You assuming that I haven’t watched B99 30 times is offensive
No I want it that way? Nooooo 19:31
Pat Boone?
That IT guy just broke the IT Hippocratic Oath, never for any reason, hog all the bandwidth in a network for selfish reasons.
What does gurt mean,??
scarily early
u mean watch for the hundreth time
I started watching cuz of Jake's secret santa solve cold open
Why does hitchcock has a comb in his shirt pocket? Pubic hair?😅
Devious mean
Memento mean
Not convinced
Boyle is insufferable except when it comes to food. He's a food guru
Not a doctor
What does superior mean??,
It means either better than or someone’s boss
@@Tonyhouse1168 gurt men
Pretry funny that internet guy mesures intee er speed in Kilobytes and not Kilobits
SWALLOW THE GURT
👮♂️
Bit late for me but....
Something I’ve always found funny about Jake breaking that glass is that at first you see Amy’s reflection but as soon as it’s about to break there was no reflection cause it was cgi into the scene
Call me a pervert or a sicko but I'm curious on how well Hitchcock is hung? Just curious 😮😮😊😊
Question to the people that make these did you work on the show and why do you still make these even though the show has been axed????
For roughly the same reasons Deadpool found it necessary to say "...oh. ohh! Superhero Landing! She's gonna do a Superhero Landing!"
@@richardhinshaw2116 ok
Kinda feels like you don’t want people to watch.. this is the choices? Ouch.
