I'm trying to find out why so many Georgians wore face masks in the open air. Was it a government mandate or did people do it voluntarily? Can anyone help me to understand this, please?
I want to come but i cannot see if the hospitality sector is fully open any news? Are coffee shops and restaurants open?
Yes they are open during working days but from 21:00 PM - 05:00 AM evryone should be at home ( hotel ). And weekends all the restaurants/cafes have only takeaways. Many Tourists are coming already from all over the world.

Are those orange and blue things atm machines ? if yes, why is there an atm every 50 to 100 meters ? that's crazy.
No they are not ATM machines, with them you can charge your transportation card. and also do other bank operations, like paying utility bills, adding money to the phone balance, paying fine and so on.
So rather the taking money from machine like ATM, you give money to this machine and then you can transfer somewhere or pay any service.
