A couple things I forgot to mention..
    1. I didn't see a single instance of feedback knock or any DAM drop throughout both days, even with 85+ degrees air temp!!
    2. I definitely need to roll my fenders more. Had some issues with the weight of the gas tanks, tools, etc on the road to and from the track.
    3. The FactionFab brakes and rotors performed FLAWLESSLY! Didn't feel much brake fade at all!
    4. Tune in next week for the reveal of what coilovers I'm running😎
Also, if you guys want another video with just all of the raw driving clips, let me know!

Yo you could def feel how pumped you were when you broke your record. That's what self improvement is all about. Don't worry about other people's times get hype on your own progress.

Hey man great progress made, I am not in a place to tell you what you should do but you should try to keep the car in gear in turns it’s not a good practice to clutch in on turns

That is something I had to figure out on the fly. Its pretty much impossible to heel toe downshift on the WRX, or atleast it is for me. For this course, the hard braking zones are at the end of long straights so after the braking zone (if you don't over-brake) you end up coasting through the start of the turns for 1-2 seconds and can only get back on the power after the apex. I used that time to rev match and be in gear before passing the apex!

So long story short.. yes you're correct that downshifting via heel-toe to stay in gear for longer is definitely the textbook way to do it. But at the same time.. as long as you're actually rev matching when clutching out and not dragging the clutch without the rev, I don't think there's really much difference between the two methods. I stayed in gear through 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 and only clutched in for 3 and 7
