It makes a smidgeon of sense for Engines to be aware of the supposed Yarufamily, since they're both sentient car species that can do some FTL travelling shenanigans; and it does seem like Speedor was chasing Wayway. The real matter of this issue is *why* that would be the case, since the Yarufamily are aliens, but the Engines are extra-dimensional. I have a feeling they might throw an extra line of dialogue in the following weeks, because we are supposed to still have one more cameo episode coming up before the end.
But what was the reason Speedor came here in the first place? - he just showed up, combined due to the situation, and left right after almost immediately without explaining why (after accidentally blasting off Wayway from what appears to had been accidental)

I loved the opening so much with the Hashiliens cleaning up and all wearing cleaning outfits over their... casing? Skin? It's unclear... Especially Yarucar, who I already think is ridiculously adorable, I want a Yarucar plush or figure SO BAD! But I could barely stop myself from crying out: "Awwww!!! THEY PUT A LITTLE SCARF ON HIM!!!!!!!!" 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 Had a similar experience with the Christmas episode they just aired.
BoonBoom is just so fun and it was cool seeing Team Rocket get a little bit of shine before Sakito decided to use his 6th powers to be the most badass 😂. Next week looks super funny at points but crazy intense too! Will be a high speed roller coaster of emotions!
Usually I would watch the episode myself before potentially watching a reaction, but all the sites I've seen are still on episode 37 as their latest upload. I do wonder why they haven't put episode 38 on them

Also, The Champion Jackets are the best in BoonBoomger. Also, The Megazord that the Purple BoonBoomger was in did took care of the robot Monster.
