She doesn't look very experienced. Pretty much the reason why she relies on collateral damage of her shotguns and grenades (you don't need to aim with them a lot)
technically shes dodging the ARMS of the guys holding the guns. look at how they draw...they bring out thier guns, aim them straight up, and THEN lower them to fire. by the time they've gotten thier arms to firing position, she's somewhere else.

I remember when I first tried watching black lagoon, thought it seemed like a cool concept out the gate, some nice gun action and operator type stuff. Then that one lady ran directly at an lmg firing at her and wasn't just cut to ribbons. It felt so stupid compared to what they'd set up so far that I just had to turn it off. I get the appeal of this sort of thing, but when something SEEMS grounded in realism, then does stuff like this, I just find it boring and goofy.
Yeah, the maids and shit really brought the show down. There were some outlandish things, and then there was teh terminator maids and murder children. Good lord why ruin something :p
