So terribly sorry to hear about your grandpa, Stevie. What a great tribute to him, I’m sure he would love it and is up there cheering you on. My grandpa Jerry on my dad’s side played harmonica and my grandpa on my mom’s side played guitar and mandolin. Grandparents sure are a blessing. From personal experience I feel that grief is something you never get over, you just learn how to cope with it little by little day by day. Wishing you and your family peace and comfort Stevie ❤️
I’m sorry to Steve. R. I. P. Grandpa
my grandpas also named jerry
That wrapped up what I was going to say.
Jesus loves you all :" )
@@joshua2400 yes he does
If your Grandpa was still alive he would be incredibly proud of this tribute. Amazingly well done Mr Terreberry.
Stevie is probably one of the fastest learners of anything
Fr, the dude learned accordion in like 1 or 2 days, is a GREAT guitar player, can death metal scream and also sing, and I think he can drum too. That is crazy
Edit: also bass guitar
@@americaisakillingname4416 yeah
No bc I am faster than him

Hey Stevie, I haven’t seen your channel in 3 years. I just found you in my subscriptions and it immediately unlocked memories deep inside my brain. When I was a kid I used to watch you all the time and, you always made my day better. You probably won’t see this but thank you for making this channel. I’m gonna watch you again now.
That’s exactly what happened to me, me and my brother watched him years ago and I just saw him and I thought I recognized him and now I’m hooked
Same exact same happened to me I haven't watched him since I was five and now I'm 14 and I'm back watching him
same, i used to watch him when i was like 6 or so and my friend tyler found him on youtube and he unlocked so many memories from me.
contrary to memories outside of the brain

My grandad passed away in June of 2019, I'm sure he's dancing to this folk tune up in Heaven.
My grandpa died that same month he was a cubs/bears fan RIP Grandpa
my grandma died in july 2019
I am sorry for your loss i lost my grandpa before i was born but also, I LOVE YOUR AVATER OMG
My grandpa died in 2006
My gramps died in may of 2020, he will sure be missed
OH Steve! What a wonderful tribute to your Gramps. He would be so proud of you. Looks like nothing is easy about playing the accordian. Crystal Ridge Dream Center is the most perfect place to donate new instruments to the music program. I remember the days when us kids use to ask Dad to get out his accordian and we would dance around the room while he played. Just brought back some great memories Steve and a few tears as well. The remake you did of his TIC TOC polka is soooo cool, and the guitars fit in just perfect. Your fans will be wanting to download it. R.I.P my dearest Father. We miss you so very much. So proud of you Steve.
This was an amazing tribute. So sorry for your loss have been thinking about the family a lot ❤️
I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. This was a wonderful tribute. My thoughts are with you all during this hard time ❤
Sorry for your loss, Mama T.!!
Hi Mama T. I am so sorry for your loss. This was a very lovely and thoughtful tribute. ❤
@@seanthony18 Thanks so much Honey.
My mother played the accordion. I miss her so much.
I laughed and cried when I saw your video.
You are a good man. Cheers.

Almost every instrument goes well with guitar

Dude, you are such a beautiful person. I wish I could adequately describe to you how much joy your videos bring me. I just became a father so this video REALLY hit me. NEVER STOP BEING YOU!!!
Dude I love you grandpa. Granppppppaaaaaa.
Stevie's message is so clear right?
What's the cliche thing about being rock metal musician? tats.. long hair.. radical.. partying, ladies man.. etc etc.. i'm not saying it's a bad thing 😅 it's just "cliche" i hope you feel me
Stevie is none of that, but he absolutely Loves Rock Metal music.. and he's really fuckin good at it..
Steve T, never stopped being him.. the goofy insanely talented motherfuckin metal guitar shredder..
again..
"NEVER STOP BEING YOU..!!!"

Your grandfather would be proud to know that you can still give joy to others even when you are going through a rough time yourself. Best wishes, ohlmidy
This is so sweet. I’m sure this makes your Gramps happy where ever he is. It’s so nice that you have his accordion and his old albums. As a fellow musician it’s always impressive when people are able to get the notes from hearing a tune.
Rocketman and I both think that was the coolest and best tribute. Makes me want to go back in time and see my Poppy.
Wow, you just picked it up
and tackled the beast! 😉
I would've never even tried. 😰
At my grandfather's funeral
(I was still young & had 🎸lessons)
I played a song on the guitar.
Very relieved I got all the notes right! 😅
Even though I am not religious,
I very much like the donation cause
and I am sure your grandfather
is bragging about you in heaven! 😎
The comment section here is amazing, I'm not seeing any trolls, just caring messages! You really did the song justice. Your grandpa is surely proud of you

I love how Stevie hates TikTok, yet his grandpa had it in the name of his song. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Hopefully you remember the good times you had with him and rejoice the time you had together. That is very thoughtful of you to donate to a cause he believed in!
i recently lost my grandfather as well and i’d just like to say that from what i can tell, you have a beautiful family and your relationship with them is wonderful man. best wishes to you
someone give this man a reward for being one of the more touching youtubers to date. this is so heart warming for him to use his grandfathers instrument to make a cover to one of his songs. i absolutely love you (as a person) Stevie. keep it up and I'll be ready to see your next video.
Your grandpa would be proud RIP to your grandpa ❤🎶🕊
Steve! Seeing this picture of your grandpa holding his acordeon and with the hat and vest on reminded me so much of our culture here in southern Brazil, very similar the way of dressing and the tradition playing the acordeon, reminded of my own family! Also, I’ve recently lost my gramma, so it is a time of empathy and to remember all the good moments! Cheers and keep on doing your good job, man!

Just gonna go ahead and leave another comment. This is one of the best videos yet. What a wonderful gift to you from your gramps, and what a wonderful gift you give back.
Darn. His band isn't on Spotify.
Sorry to hear about what you've been going through. Cool tribute!
I'm sorry to hear your grampa passed away he sounded like a great guy.😭
Dude you're picking up on that accordion quick Ong fr it takes me forever to learn something new. Great tribute 👍👍
I'm sorry for your loss Steve. He's in a better place now
It's so great to see how close Stevie is to his family. What a nice send-off for a loved one.

That was a great tribute to your granddad! I lost my grams and gramps in '91 and '92, respectively. I still can't get over it. Grandparents are the greatest ❤
Sounds totally accurate to the notes on the album, Stevie T. Way to go, Bro. Keep it up, and god bless your beloved grandfather.
This was so amazing Steve! From what you said, it sounds like he definitely would've been proud! It's also obvious where your music talent came from since you seemed to pick up playing his song so quickly😊 cool video idea Steve!🤍 🌹RIP to your Grandpa🌹
I'm very sorry for your loss...but he is definitely looking down so very proud. This IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!
I have never had any grandparents. You're lucky to have experienced that. Sorry for your loss.
That was beautiful Steve! I think this was a great way to honor him. I know losing a grandparent is hard I went through something that just destroyed me last year, If you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to me
This is by fair the sweetest thing you can do. I love how the spirit of this video isn't sad and moppy, but much more celebratory.
Showing how even during loss we shouldn't be sad that its over, but joyed that it happened. I am willing to bet your grandfather would be so proud of you, and if he was still here; he'd be more than happy to help you learn is respected instrument.
Keep rocking.
Aw! This is so kind.

The world needs more accordion/polka metal, I am sure your grandpa would be proud of you covering his music. May he rest in peace. He seems like he was a great guy.
Also, I would love to see you do more music with this instrument in the future. :)

Hi
I have 7 grandkids and all I want in life is to be remembered by my grandkids as much as you remember your grandpa. Thank you!
Had some serious Marty Mcfly vibes, but I genuinely hope the accordion makes some more appearances in other vids. Cracking tribute to your Gramps.
Aww, Steve, I'm so sorry for your loss.😢 That was a wonderful tribute!!
I'm amazed at how well you did for your first time playing the accordion. (Now we know who you got the talent from^^)
I'm sure yor grandfather would be very proud of you. ♡
Thanks for sharing his music with us.
dude... just being able to listen to a song, and learn it... you, are, a master... your grand dad would be proud.
I know how it feels to lose a loved one my great grandmother went home to the lord to day she was 93 so close to 94 R.I.P. great grandmother i love you.
Been missing my grandma and grandpa recently, this made me happy
Sad to hear that your grandpa is gone. I’m sure that he would be so proud of you.
I think we all know now where Steve got the musicality, gramps will always be with you Steve!
Much love to you and your family always! 💚💚💚
Sorry to hear that your grandpa passed recently. I'm sure he's looking down from heaven having a good time watching you try to play the concertina (accordion). I also lost my aunt at the age of around 45 - 50 so I know what you are going through and once again your grandpa will always be looking down on you.
I lost my grandpa 3 years ago and he played the accordion too! That is so wild! I'm sorry that you lost your grandpa. You are in my prayers, Steve, you and your family. It's one of the toughest losses because they are so influential to us. Grandparents are the wise, experienced voices of reason. Once again, my condolences
Been subscribed for a while but dont think i've ever commented on any videos.... Just wanted to say this was a fitting tribute. Well done.
I also lost my grandpa a few months ago; I feel sorry for your loss. You are a genius. I’m a big fan from Mexico.
I am so sorry for your loss.
My thoughts and prayers to you and your family...
May God wrap his loving arms around your dear Grandpa and may he rest in peace in the paradise of heaven.

sorry to hear about your loss Stevie T. Awesome tribute!!
Stevie, I can relate to you. The day I'm writing this it's been a year without my grandpa. I'm sooooooo sorry for your loss Steve.
Awww I am so sorry Stevie T .Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏❤
That was a lovely tribute to your grandpa Stevie!! I bet he would love it. It's so cool how you learnt to play it so fast. Loved how you did his song at the end and put a bit of you in it too that's awesome ❤️ thinking of you guys, was so good to see you have missed U xoxo
That’s crazy that Stevie got the hang of it so fast
I think partially the longer gap than usual between videos was steve learning to play the accordion well enough to pay tribute.
It probably helps he already played instruments like the guitar.
@@oaktowndimond668 still in a month or two that is impressive

Sorry about your grandpa, Stevie.. mine passed in 2017, so I feel your pain. Mine was like my introduction for lots of things and I still wish he was with us to help me understand stuff. Just know, he's looking on you and so filled with pride. I hope you heal from it. 💜
What an awesome tribute to your Grandpa ❤️ I love the guitar with the accordion and what a fantastic program to donate to. Your Gramps will always be with you ❤️
Ahhhhh that good ol tradition Canadian country polka... when that accordion hums it really warms that Canadian heart! Sorry to hear abooot your grandfather! Make your can honor your grandfather by give him not a shreddemption but a shredemery to his whole album (a shred in memoriam)
Iam so sorry for your loss, He was a great player! You are so blessed to ha a great grandpa lime that!!
Love this tribute. Sorry to hear about your grandpa, Stevie. I never got to meet mine since he went out just a few months before I came in. My parents tell me we would've been great buddies. I'm also a musician myself and I play the button accordion.
I just recently lost my grandmother about a month ago. She was 93 years old. I was extremely close with her as well so I can relate to how your feeling all too well. This was such an amazing thing to make a tribute to him.
I agree my friend 😊
Jesus Christ, the good messiah who cares deeply, loves you by the way
and it sounds like she's a lovely woman, I am glad you were able to have your time here on earth with her
hopefully you can enjoy some more with her in heaven one day
I was so sorry to hear about your Grandpa. What an awesome way to honor him by picking up and learning his favorite instrument. I commend you for that...it looks really difficult! I think it's awesome that you are donating your sponsorship earnings to Crystal Ridge Dream Center. It sounds like a wonderful place. That song at the end was incredible! You brought the best of both worlds together and it really worked...Brilliant! Hey, I didn't know you could tap on an accordian 😂🤣 This was a fantastic tribute, and I loved it 🥰
Steve Terreberry You rock, & your Grandpa can hear you rocking out in heaven
I almost cried this is such a beautiful tribute.. love You Steve. I lost My dad 20 years algo but i still miss him so Bad everyday I am sure your grampa loved it as well wherever he is currently and he is sending You his love too. Serious Stevie is great.
Serious Steve is underrated. I enjoy his zany video persona as well, and I only want him to do whatever brings him creative satisfaction, of course -- but that said, personally my very favorite videos from him are the ones where he's acting a bit more calm and natural. He's still just as funny and adorable regardless, and the lens into his real personality is really cool. And I think the tamer videos add depth/context to his brilliant musicianship by making him feel like the normal hardworking human we know he is, instead of feeling like a created character lol
I’m sorry to here about your Grandpa, Stevie. This video was such a fantastic tribute to him. He would be very proud. I absolutely loved it and I’m sure your Grandpa would too!
Sorry for your loss Steve. Your grandpa seemed like a very fun person and a talented musician too. I see where you got those musical genes 😉
Btw, you look cute in that outfit lol
Your such an inspiration Stevie and you have a great heart. I kinda wish I could've seen you and your grandpa in a duet together.
I’m so sorry for your loss. He is up there cheering you on and extremely proud of you. My Grandaddy passed before I was conceived so I never got to meet him and my step grandfather is a narcissistic jerk. Cherish the memories that you have of him. They can never be replaced.
Lots of hugs and healing love being sent from California.
OMG, such great legacy from your Grandpa's right there steve, never expected your gramps was musician back in the day, sorry for your loss
rest in peace Grandpa T ❤️
Welcome back, Steve! This is an awesome tribute to your grandpa. I have been thinking about you and your family a lot and hope you guys are doing well despite the circumstances. I lost my grandpa back in 2016 and it is not an easy thing to go through. I know he is so proud of you. ❤️ That nonprofit seems really cool glad you still decided to do a sponsor for the video. and those shreds at the end with the accordion🔥
I came across an old card that my grandpa had given me with his handwriting and I am so glad I kept it. Also an old flannel he would wear. I am glad he gave you that accordion. Also if you need more time off do not hesitate to do so as that is more important and taking care of yourself and your family. That comes first!
So sorry about your grandpa 💔
Your grandpa band sounds like traditional portuguese music, from where I'm from 😁
