That’s okay. I’ll just cancel my service and only pay when I want to watch something. You went from getting my money once a month to once a year.
This is what I am going to do. My significant other will do it for Love is Blind and Wednesday. I will do it for Arcane and the last season of Stranger Things
It’s worth doing moon and Daniel. I haven’t been on Netflix since 2021 (well basically since I was at my aunts house recently, but that doesn’t count since it wasn’t my account)
Why do they get to tell us how to use our accounts? We pay THEM.

Unfortunately you can’t share on UA-cam either tho…My parents can’t access mine when I’m traveling so it’s practically the same thing

Well I guess starting today Netflix is bound to lose millions of subscribers because password sharing have been Netflix selling point through out the years.
Don't fool yourself. Everyone says they'll cancel but they won't actually do it. They've tested this in other countries and people aren't cancelling and in most cases people are just switching to the ad tier which is actually makes them even more money.

@@wackzingoJust because they tested it in other countries doesn't mean everyone will accept this change. Do you know many people that are subscribed to Netflix by countries. Every one have the right to express their own opinion but the next time you tried to throw shady under some one post which is Calling someone a Fool that is very offensive. You should get your facts straight because I never said that every one will unsubscribe. Next time you want to have debate or argument with someone don't start with abusive words or sentence. It will make the next person to think you are a bit immature.

I also never claimed you said everyone would cancel but you did say millions and that's just not supported by any evidence. Try to read what people say instead of getting so defensive and emotional.
As for the fact, I know what I'm talking about. In every country they have tested this it resulted in increased subscribers not a decrease. In Canada, the most similar to the United States market (according to their own research) they now have more subscribers than before the ban on sharing. They just reported their highest number of paying subscribers ever and their ad tier is more profitable than the $15/mo. plan. People aren't going to cancel because it's too convenient and they'll just suck it up and join the ad tier if they can't afford the higher plans.
I only have family on my account and at $22/mo I think I pay enuff for privilege. If they do this in America I will disconnect. I don’t watch them anymore anyway.

Netflix needs to relax. Their content is horrific! Hulu, HBOMAX, and Peacock are all much better

They are going to do this because all of you who say you'll cancel aren't really going to do it. Everyone says they'll cancel but they won't and in a worst case scenario you'll pay for the cheap ad plan which actually is making them more money right now than the $15/mo plan so the crackdown is definitely coming.
They lost 100 billion last year, almost 1 million viewers cancelled in Canada in the first quarter.....I think we can all see where this policy of Netflix is going.
@@marcleblanc6293 they initially lost subscribers but most of them came back and they gained more subscribers than they lost and are now making more money than previously because the Ad tier is more profitable.
They’re getting too greedy, its too expensive to maintain individual subscriptions
I think it’s going to backfire. Their programs are not so impressive that people will be eager to pay more. They may cancel their subscriptions. With the rising cost of food, housing, goods and services… mediocre entertainment is not essential in a budget. This is just my opinion. 🙄
After the love is blind reunion fiasco and now this, i think i have enough reasons to cancel my subscription.
One less subscription
I pay the premium, 4 screens. Now they tell me if my family members do not live in my home they want an additional 7.99 per screen......guess what I cancelled.
Even before the crackdown was announced I gave up on Netflix and I haven’t been on it since 2019. I canceled my subscription in the summer of I believe 2021 and as of last month and now a part of Hulu with Disney(no ads because screw ads)
Thought DVDs were discontinued years ago
What happened to you can have multiple devices on your account?

Well everyone is gonna start cancelling their Netflix Disney Plus and Hulu is way better than Netflix anyways same goes for Peacock and HBO Max is more better as well
