RAH Medicom is the best Link figure, but this is still amazing.
I got two of these Figma Skyward Sword Link figures on eBay at very good prices. My first I got in 2014 for $50 even, and quite recently at the end of March this year, I got my second Figma Link for $27. It's a definite must-have for any video game or action figure collector. PixelDan thank you for posting this video. You did this figure justice with this awesome review featuring more positive comments than nitpicking comments! Keep posting more reviews of your favorite video game action figures!

Back in 2010, i was entered in 5 different contests to win the Asuna&Kirito(SAO), Link(Skyward Sword), Limited Edition X(megaman X w/ z-saber) and Samus(Metroid) figmas but even though i WON, i was never given my prizes but every other entrant used MY answers and gotten theirs a week later after 'winning'

Hey great review. I need your help. I got some extra gamestop credit and am looking at figma link and samus. Problem is, for now I'm only getting one. I love both but im trying to cut back. Which one out of the two is the most bang for your buck? Thanks
I pre-ordered the Rah Link. I'm super excited about that one. I hate joints showing on my figures so I either buy statues or Hot Toys with body suits. He is covered up so no joints are show. It's more of a true representation on Link

Mattel should take a look at Max Factory when it comes to making clothing on figures....especially the Masters Classic line, with loin clothes and skirts.

This figure is fucking PHENOMINAL! It does'nt get any better than this when it comes to action figures. It's a shame most Americans wont have a chance at this unless they ordered straight from Japan.

I love the Ocarina of time look for Link but I think that the Skyward sword Link just looks a little bit better. I think it's the messy hair.

Max Factory wouldn't (Figma's a line, not a company), because Square Enix has the exclusive rights to merch related to FF. They'd made a playarts, but it's pretty bad.

What you are talking about is a re-release. If a figure is popular enough, they re-release it to make more money/provide it to the masses willing to pay for it.
there are also pokemon figures,,,D-art figures from Bandai and the are SO AWESOME !! make a review of them please ^^
from what ive read online distributor Diamond botchrf the contract to sell Link in the US so thats why this figure is so pricy at the moment. i felt really bad for anyone who didnt get a first release and has to get one off of ebay or the third market.

I've looked online for various Link figures & they've all been very pricy.
I think it would be nice to walk into a Toys R Us or even a Wal-Mart or Target & find 4-6 inch figures of The Legend of Zelda characters in the toy aisle (or collector aisle at Toys R Us where I always find Mortal Kombat figures) for no more than $20.00 a pop.
I mean the last several times I went to Toys R Us, I found Mario figures in the collector aisle, so why not Zelda, Metroid or even Donkey Kong (by itself)?

Does it ever bother you that you take the figures out of their boxes? I know a lot of collectors like to keep things in packaging, but you seem pretty cool about it.
I like this version but the best version of link was always and forever will be OoT Link.

Cheaper you mean finding one for the retail price, unfortunately no, if you want it cheaper you have a better chance buying a used one but you're looking at paying about 70 and up 95 and up for a new one.
If you go to Big Bad Toy Store you can get him for 50 Bucks
Too bad, it's near impossible to find one cheaper than that. It's basically the equivalent to a transformers masterpiece figure, of course it's going to be expensive.

All of the Playarts for other brands like DC Comics and games not owned by Square Enix are great but the ones from Square Enix games kinda suck. They are great for Batman figures though!!!
