- What van did i buy ? the video reveals all and do we have an issue with it ,I think we do find out what it is have i bought the wrong van take a look and let me know what you think of it .

Good upload Justin keeping it real just telling us as it is and the problems you can have when changing vehicles oil leaks not having the van for certain days cause in the garage ! Hope it improves and becomes as reliable as Selwin.The new sign writing looks awesome all the best John

Shame about selywen but what a nice fan , my pet hate on vans is leaks your doing drives you like to smarten them up and you pull off and oil or diesel is on someone’s property ahhh , it never seems to come off easy as well ! But I’m sure they will sort it mate ,you would have thought they would have cleaned the engine off after fixing pal , bit of steam cleaning to make sure they had fixed it ? Sign writing looks good mate and dry professional , now you just got to keep the cab clean now mate ( the lads jobs lol ) keep out this weather pal and hope your on the mend mate ❤ speak soon pal 👍
Hmm not a good advert is it leaking all over peoples drives seen as i do drives .im not best pleased but they say there gonna do it .its been in 3 times now this is the 4 th .i just wanted it done and dusted John.

One thing I would say is put some air bags on the back of the van they aren’t that much and save you getting pulled up on the weight in the van

Hi Justin , it’s a shame these issues have spoiled what should be an enjoyable experience. I’ve hired a couple of these and thought they drove well. Signage is very smart & modern, hope you get this problem resolved soon .

Don't worry about it being a Peugeot, thousands on the Rd, wish I had a pound for every VW and Mercedes I've seen broken down, my mate has the citroen version of the Boxer and not an issue in 168000 miles, he does change the oil every 6 months though, keep that turbo running sweet. 👍

It won't be a tank like the iveco but I've only had a water pump issue just before Christmas on my relay which is pretty much the same van. Had mine from new with 45k on now. Good luck with it🤞👍

They are a good van mate I’ve got the Fiat ducato version which use the iveco engine funny enough I think yours has a transit engine if the remember correctly they normally leak around the oil filter housing
Which id bought the fiat now for the iveco engine they are bomb proof 👍
I had a fiat ducato as a company van preety much the same van. I thought it was alright. I have always been a tramsit man myself but i thought it was ok nice to drive carried weight well silly things broke but had it a few years and was ok.
Think thr ducato is better isn't it better engine but thanks for sharing that appreciate it 👍
@brickrightbuildinglandscaping I personally think vans arnt vans anymore there more like cars. I sold my old transit tipper last year, which i had for ten years very sad to see it go but it was getting tired I replaced with a 2015 crew cab tipper and so far have had to spend quite abit on it. We also have a 2018 van as well, which is loveley with all the heated seats, air con, etc, but I do miss the older vans. Hopefully, your new van will serve you as well as your old one. Love your videos, mate. I wish you all the best for 2024.

it looks tidy not knocked about but oil leaks are a nightmare last you need is leaving oil outside peoples housing lets hope it dosent end like the fishing trip story 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think you might live to regret the decision to part with selwyn french vans dont have a good reputation but as you say vans are very expensive these days sign writing looks good hope you get the issues sorted justin fingers crossed

Selwyn was good i did want another iveco just couldn't afford one so had to go french .ive had french before and said never again but i took the risk .The van is nice as long as they sort the oil leak out but i no what your saying.

Good on you mate but Peugeot no no in the trade mate all my mates in trade tell you don't get a Peugeot get a ford or VW lot people you have had them tell me the door locks are a pain all ways getting keys stuck in the lock
Already had an issue with the back door the cable came off and couldn't open the door 👍

When we started out we bought one from new. It failed its first Mot on a gearbox and driveshaft leak. At the same time the drivers window regulator went. Got these sorted under warranty, then the radio controls on the steering wheel went. After that the diesel cooler started leaking. At this stage it was on around 50k the alternator went which I think was £300. Enough was enough. We ordered a new Transit tipper. That's on 35k now and never had an issue with it
Doesn't sound good at all does it .this van will only do around 6k a year so hopefully it can do that for us 👍

They have actually agreed to fix it passed the month and i have rights so they been good about it lew thankfully mate 👍
Love the sign writing . Not impressed that the van is giving you grief.
Oil leaks are bloody annoying for you and everyone who has oil stains by their house plus the inconvenience of the van going back and forth .

Its been a nightmare steve back and for the garage and its going back again so very frustrating its hard to keep being without it steve 👍
