I use breaks. I have one of those cube timers from Amazon. It has 5, 10, 20, and 30 minutes on each side. Most often i flip it to 20 or 30 minutes facing up, work till the timer goes off, then flip it to 5 or 10 minutes for a break. This makes it easier to do mundane tasks since i know theres a break coming when i can bs instead of continuing till i her bored/distracted then i can get back to it, o do something else for a bit, break, then get back to the original task. This is extremely helpful bc im very laundry/dishes, dusting, etc averse and its really difficult to do those uninteresting tasks.

Recently I’ve been considering trying the pomodoro method, I’ll give it a go!
