    Sir, this is very helpful in memorizing a list of items. But how can I use it in studying concepts, like the provisions of the law? I'm studying for the Bar Exam here in the Philippines, Sir.

    What if you forget the images? LOL
    I'm being serious. I used this method for remembering names, then sometimes I can't remember the image I associated with the person.

      draw them out. doesn't have to be good you can do it fast. I was tired of forgetting the atppase pump had 2 potassium in and 3 sodium out one day and in 15 seconds I drew a guy double fisting and eating two bananas (2k+ in) and sweating three beads of sweat from the effort (3 sodium out) that was like 5 yrs ago, but that was when I first learned this technique by accident and blew me away. forget the room stuff too, you can do absolutely anything

    • @BeSmarterFaster
      @BeSmarterFaster  7 місяців тому +3

      Hello Dan. That's an appropriate question. The simple answer is that you must REVIEW your images periodically. At the beginning you should review you names-reminders daily for 3 days or so, then once a week for about a month and then "as needed" for longer periods.
