Hello. I downloaded Jordan fitness app today, and started working on a custom made plan. This is was my first day. I didn't complete the workout effectively. Should I take time again on day one of the plan until I perfect the sets correctly, and then move to the next day, or should I continue?
Kindly make a home workout plan like from Monday to Saturday Make a detailed video telling exercises for Monday then pause then Tuesday then pause and so to Saturday so that we can do the exercises day by day kindly tell the basic warmup needed daily. It will be really helpful for everyone. Only you can understand this because you are best in this. Please like this comment
