Hi @kims1912 Boiling Springs is a great town. The homes are priced around $300K. It has a suburban feel and is close to both Charlotte NC and Greenville SC. Let me know if you need more info.
Sir you are not apparently from SC because if you were you would know that having folks move in to area is driving up prices so high the local folks cannot afford things. Our infrustructure cannot support more growth and subdivisions. We are full, do not come here! GO SOME WHERE ELSE! I hear California and New York are open and they have mountains too.
@RetirementLifeUSA not living in the past, just tired of seeing my home trashed by folks coming here and driving prices up from other states and destroying our mountains and land just for profit. You want to talk about mountain towns then do some good and ask for people to help WNC and ET.
I liked and subscribed. Great video so far
Awesome....Thank You! Enjoy
You need to show footage of the towns.
The photo at the beginning of the UA-cam site where you click to start the video is in the northwest corner of North Carolina.
This video would be FAR BETTER IF the narrative was in the background explaining the visual aspects to the subject locations
just move to Greenville. You are close to all those places, you are near the Blue Ridge and you have more housing, shopping, entertainment options
True, but some folks just like the small mountain town feel tho
Greenville housing is unaffordable.
You need pictures!!
Of?
@ the towns you are presenting. It helps to make the points you are making.
Absolutely!!!
The nearest Hospital is 80 miles.
8/18/24 Viewing; loved it!
Thank you sir
TR has become a very trendy place to live. It's a nice town.
Also, SC does not tax military retirement income.
True. And gives greater income tax breaks for seniors.
You outnumbered by the Wolves.
I have never heard the town of Pickens pronounced as Pinkins.
Pickens...tomato....tomoto
LOL
I see a lot of houses I like in subdivisions in Boiling Springs. What are your thoughts on this town?
