Just in case someone doesnt know: Nine Lives Blade Work is Hercules ability which consist of fast and powerful, consecutive attacks that hercules can use with every weapon (sword, lance,bow, axe, etc.).
The attack is called Nine Lives and it was originally used with a bow and arrow as Heracles slayed the Nine heads of the Hydra by shooting all Nine at the same time at Godspeed. As said above, Heracles can just use it with anything that he gets his hands on and it's more of a display of his natural born abilities than any special weapon. The weapon that's on his hands it's not any noble phantasm or special weapon, it's just a Stone slate that was extracted from a temple on his honor and used by the Einzberns to summon him.

A piece of his brain exploded and his nerves and body couldn't handle the strain of Archer's Arm, he was practically half-conscious during that entire thing and went "Mind of Steel" using Archer's experience and acting accordingly to it, suffice to say a lot of his blood vessels exploded and he had a horrendous amount of internal damage, Avalon is one helluva drug to keep him alive.

While in "heavens feel" route Archers dies while fighting against Shakura's shadow. He never fight against Shirou, so he doesn't have knowledge of his own powers. Archers arm gives him lot's of raw power, but because Shirou UBW and Archer UBW and fundamentally different, Shirou cannot use UBW. In original light novel Shirou vs Berserker, Shirou "see" UBW as locked skill. He know it's there and that he can use it after couple of decades, but he cannot use it right now. So what he do? He actually copy not just Berserker's weapon, but also Hercule's skill set. To make this clear: When hero is summoned to Berserker role, he/she loose all his/her skills and abilities. He is given huge amount of raw power to compensate that. That very fast multi-hit killing skill was Hercules original skill, which we never see because he is summoned as Berserker.

Actually this anime explanation is no well. Why Shirou beat Berserker is just lucky. His Revive skill was almost nothing and he was blind by curse and he recognized Iriya just before kill Shirou so he stopped finally.
shirou has always been my least favorite character, i'm not sure what about him puts me off, maybe i'm just misunderstanding who he is; but like he's a normal human who can beat legit servants just by ralying on his "willpower" or whatever; though i guess turning into archer made him like a servant? because he was a guarddian or whatever, but the present him should be just a normal human that can use his mana veins or whatever he called them, and he's beating a probably buffed berserker.... and he fucked with giglamesh back in the day.... two strong servants done in by a human with willpower (though i guess gil got sucked in by the grail's black hole thing, if i remember right
You're probably misunderstanding Shirou because the anime does a poor job of explaining details. I'll just start with this fight specifically: Berseker isn't enhanced or anything. His wounds from his fight against Saber Alter haven't healed and his body is rotting. The Visual Novel even goes as far as to say that Berseker is almost blind and he is even more mad than usual because of the Grail mud. Shirou in this fight did 2 things. 1.) Copies Berserkers Noble Phantasm and his strength. At this point of the story, it should be fairly easy to grasp Shirou/Archer's skill set. Then again, the anime only does a bear bones job of showcasing this. 2.) Shirou aims for Berseker's vitals including his *Testicles*. He uses every unfair advantage in the book and begins to lose his short term memory immediately after using Archer's arm. This all just one fight. The anime are really just extensions of the Visual Novel. A highlight reel is a term many fans like to call it.
Shirou doesn't rely on willpower whatsoever. Gilgamesh got defeated because shirou's power is an absolute counter to his. Shirou in this scene is 1:1 with archers power. He copied berserkers noble phantasm to defeat him before berserker could 1 shot him. None of this is plot armour or willpower, it's well established abilities being used.
This is what you get when you make an adaptation only people who read the original source material will get. A lot of confused people who are let misdirected or are misunderstanding the plot because Ufotable relies entirely on visual appeal when the plot relies heavily on dialogue. But of course people won't complain because of the pretty and smooth animation Ufotable makes. Style over substance.

Actually this anime explanation is no well. Why Shirou beat Berserker is just lucky. His Revive skill was almost nothing and he was blind by curse and he recognized Iriya just before kill Shirou so he stopped finally.

shirou has always been my least favorite character, i'm not sure what about him puts me off, maybe i'm just misunderstanding who he is;
but like he's a normal human who can beat legit servants just by ralying on his "willpower" or whatever;
though i guess turning into archer made him like a servant? because he was a guarddian or whatever, but the present him should be just a normal human that can use his mana veins or whatever he called them, and he's beating a probably buffed berserker.... and he fucked with giglamesh back in the day.... two strong servants done in by a human with willpower (though i guess gil got sucked in by the grail's black hole thing, if i remember right
You're probably misunderstanding Shirou because the anime does a poor job of explaining details. I'll just start with this fight specifically:
Berseker isn't enhanced or anything. His wounds from his fight against Saber Alter haven't healed and his body is rotting. The Visual Novel even goes as far as to say that Berseker is almost blind and he is even more mad than usual because of the Grail mud. Shirou in this fight did 2 things.
1.) Copies Berserkers Noble Phantasm and his strength. At this point of the story, it should be fairly easy to grasp Shirou/Archer's skill set. Then again, the anime only does a bear bones job of showcasing this.
2.) Shirou aims for Berseker's vitals including his *Testicles*. He uses every unfair advantage in the book and begins to lose his short term memory immediately after using Archer's arm. This all just one fight. The anime are really just extensions of the Visual Novel. A highlight reel is a term many fans like to call it.
Shirou doesn't rely on willpower whatsoever.
Gilgamesh got defeated because shirou's power is an absolute counter to his.
Shirou in this scene is 1:1 with archers power. He copied berserkers noble phantasm to defeat him before berserker could 1 shot him.
None of this is plot armour or willpower, it's well established abilities being used.
This is what you get when you make an adaptation only people who read the original source material will get. A lot of confused people who are let misdirected or are misunderstanding the plot because Ufotable relies entirely on visual appeal when the plot relies heavily on dialogue. But of course people won't complain because of the pretty and smooth animation Ufotable makes. Style over substance.
