Your'e right that it's a metaphor of 'Sun of Righteousness" and not "Son". Light and life are what the sun provides to physical earth, so being the Godly Sun of Righteousness fits hand-in-hand with the next verse of "light and life to all He brings." :)
The SON of Righteousness is Who I worship ❤ He loves you so much, and so do I! 😊 Worshipping the sun began even before Egyptian empire. From what I remember, the sun "died" at the winter solstice and "rose again" in the spring. Please forgive me if I've got your religious doctrine wrong. If I do, I'd be so grateful for a clarification. I hope the rest of your day is exceptionally blessed, mate 🙏 Much respect to you! Cheers 👍 *Shalom* 💜🙏❤🙏💜
I wanted to reply to a person in this thread who called me an "illiterate troll" for my initial reply. For whatever reason, I'm unable to. It's hard for me to understand how I could ask you to give me a better understanding of your doctrine & I'd be grateful for a clarification, writing I hope your day is exceptionally blessed, and giving "much respect to you" is being "a troll." If you were wounded in any way what-so-ever, please forgive me. Sending you "light and love to all He brings," love. *Shalom*
It’s interesting how they called Jesus “second Adam”, do you know why it was chosen, I mean I know this was made in 1840 but I can’t help but ask. God bless!
Hi, thanks for the comment! In short, Adam was the first “head” or “representative” of mankind. When he fell in sin, we needed a savior, another representative to atone for the sins of mankind as entered in by Adam. This “second Adam” was Christ, sent by God Himself. Both Adam and Jesus entered the world sinless, but where Adam failed, Jesus triumphed. For more study on this, read 1 Corinthians 15 and Romans 5. God bless you!

@@bhpm Thank you very much! God bless you too!
Adam was supposed to crush the serpent's head, and Christ was the one who actually did it.
