Today we walk on de la Commune Street in the old Montreal!
Running both north-south and east-west, this iconic street is a must-see for
locals and tourists alike. It winds past the famous Pointe-à-Callière
Museum and the vibrant Old Port of Montreal, capturing the spirit of the
city’s past. Its twisting path mirrors the original flow of the St. Lawrence
River, while the tightly packed buildings create a stunning showcase of
historic commercial architecture.

Aujourd'hui, nous marchons sur la rue de la Commune dans le vieux Montréal !
S'étendant du nord au sud et d'est en ouest, cette rue emblématique est un
incontournable pour les résidents comme pour les touristes. Elle serpente
le long du célèbre musée Pointe-à-Callière et du vibrant Vieux-Port de
Montréal, capturant l'esprit du passé de la ville. Son tracé sinueux reflète le
cours originel du fleuve Saint-Laurent, tandis que les bâtiments serrés les
uns contre les autres créent une vitrine étonnante de l'architecture
commerciale historique.
Il est 13h15 et la température est de 15°C / 59°F. J'ai filmé cette balade le 6 octobre 2024.
