Pretty cool! I personally don’t mind visible joints, you can actually posed and keep them posed forever without worry. Though it woulda been nice to have swap out seemless arms, I know even some third party companies do this!
Until seamless joints get good, visible joint or swap out arms are the way to go, although the latter would imply more molds and a higher price. The seamless rubber arms are just not good, unless someone like JND cracks the code, better avoid them.
Nice review. I wish they made Gorr look more alien like in the comics. I like that the figure has the exposed joints. If it had the rubber arms the poses would suffer greatly and it would be a matter of time before the arms cracked.
That head sculpt looks amazing to be honest, 10 out of 10 creepy factor …great review Justin….hated the movie and his look overall, but I hope those that get it love him in their collection

Honestly, the only figure I care for in this line is Jane. Since they made a Wanda from Endgame, I'm holding out hope for a Valkyrie from Endgame. The one from this movie is good but we all want that armored version
I hope a company like hot toys starts making some fallout figures since the show did good. Some hot toys power armor sounds amazing. I know threezero made some but I’d like to see someone else give it a shot.

I may be in the minority but I actually prefer jointed limbs vs seamless. I do wish I could pick this figure up, as much as the film was a letdown, I still absolutely enjoyed his portions.
the visible joints don't bother me, it's an action figure which to me means visible joints. I also come from collecting fashion dolls and GIJoe where visible joints are a fact of life. At least with Gorr they made sure the joints are the right color unlike some figures. That said, those ankles are pretty ugly. That is an excellent head sculpt. Love your poses!

IMO the movie rendition of Gorr is awful, saved only by Batman's great acting. This figure, even with a great head sculpt, just looks like Hot Toys went... 'Gorr figure done?' - 'Yep' - 'OK, let's cash in'. Obviously taking nothing away from your fab review.
I don't mind wrist pegs and joints long as they're color coordinated and look right. These elbows, i like.

I actually prefer this type of joints as opposed to seamless arms like thor. Seamless arms are prone to tearing even in museum pose.
