I never used to use a top sheet under my comforter and one day it grossed me out thinking I don’t wash my comforter enough haha. So I started using a top sheet and I actually love the feel.

For your hair, don’t cut it next time… mine was like that too so, I started taking collagen, multivitamins, and applied vitamin E capsules on the scalp, my hair is back. I thought cutting would help too but it didn’t. I know you also said PCOS but listen to the Holy Spirit more because if I had listened to doctors instead of God, I would not be here today! ❤ btw love your smile 😊
