Please, please, try and lose some weight. You are shortening your life by 20 or 30 years. You seem like a lovely lady and I’m so worried for you. Nobody should live their life being so big. The older you get, the more your body will deteriorate. You speak of wanting your own place. Unless you lose weight you won’t live to see it.

I’m 68-was on Contrave but ended up having A-Fib like symptoms besides the horrible nausea, switch to Zepbound…still get nausea-ginger hard candy works for the tummy troubles-I get mine at Target or Walmart and they’re called Stomach Settle! I tried lemon ginger tea and couldn’t stand the taste…fell better and good luck!

Hi beautiful..!..I am still catching up on your episodes....rocky mountain spotted fever (RMSF) does not cause flare ips...or chronic and intermittent infections...you probably won't ever get it again...and it's rare to develope arthritic complications... Your rosacea issues..or flare ups could be related to low progesterone levels....hormone therapy could be a factor...and or the use of vitamin c topical...you would need to ask a knowledgeable physician...sun exposure can also exacerbate rosacea...a good health care provider may be needed here to further assist you...I will keep you in my prayers...keep up the real life of your videos..I just love your channel...God bless ❤

Unfortunately the stomach issues are likely the stomach flu that I just got over - I hate to say it but it took a month.😣 it’s going around, my daughter had it too - feel better soon! (Light foods and Activia worked well❤️)

Eat a bite of cottage cheese with pills. that's all you need to eat. I can't take them on an empty stomach either. i understand your frustration with not getting as much done as you thought you should've done, but just being heavier makes EVERYTHING harder. you won't grasp the reality until you lose weight, imo. i used to be 300 lbs, and now 1/2 that size. i remember how hard life was! probably contrave would make you feel lousy, too. did you google the effects of it?

I don't know what weight loss med you are taking, but I have been on Ozempic for my diabetes for a couple of years. I know a lot of weight loss meds are a similar formula these days. These drugs definitely can cause a build up gas causing echoing burps and other related functions. It took me a while to realize it was gas and not just simple nausea. My doctor has given me a nausea med since the beginning, but I don't even use those now, I just take extra strength gas meds. He said I can also add Pepto to the gas meds if I need to, which, as crazy as it sounds, sometimes it is bad enough that I do. I would recommend speaking to your doctor if you feel you should, but gas meds are over the counter. Just wanted to mention it. I couldn't sleep because it got so bad. I know how you are feeling.

Contrave caused my friend to have horrible indigestion and loud burping gas. You might ask your doctor about it. Her doctor gave her something to ease her side effects. I’m sorry you don’t feel too good. Tummy problems are awful. 😞 Regardless of what is causing it. 🩷🙏
