Vintage Dogs, Vintage Glass

I was most excited when I came across this footage in my archive, some of you will remember it form my old channel. I was testing my newly acquired vintage German cinema projection glass on Briska.
The images are accompanied by the voice recording of my good friend John Latorre, the only man on this planet who opened my eyes to find the old type of German Shepherd dog.
I remember back many years ago, as I was recording, I was telling myself, surely I will find some rare blood, somewhere around Europe, to mix with what I have. I did plenty searching, but no success in finding. John was very right, from the very beginning.
For those of you passionate about photography, this was shot with my old Sony A7s1, the Contax Zeiss 35-70 and an old German cinema projection lens.

Did you use this dog for breeding? Is it a male or female

Yes, I have produced top dogs, out of her and Hun vom Ostschutz. They gave me 3 top, naturally aggressive dogs, linebred on several good dogs, including Zorro vom Laager Wall.

But, i mean, the same way it was destroyed it can be restored, right? Even if it is way harder to restore, it could be done. World just needs the people willing to restore that back.

I guess you are right to some degree. But I am pretty sure personal ambitions and hunger for cash is always going to stop any potential progress.

I could listen to john talk about the dogs all day.
However I am not sure what he means by only one blood line, 11A, 11B and 11D are the only lines extinct... we still have 5A, 11C, 11E, 12 and 13A
