Especially the Mint and caramel + sea salt flavours. Been eating a lot of those dip bags you mix with sour cream lately as well. Those are great with veggies or lentil chips. The Oatly imat fraiche is a great sour cream substitute if you’re not using milk.

Dude, Toney’s chocolate is fire! I randomly came across it at a little grocery store around the way. Been wanting to try all the other flavors they have.
I’ll tell you some of mine I don’t know if you can find them in Finland if I’m craving crunchy salty which is like almost always I’ll get those bags that are in the vegetable aisle called snap peas by calbee. They come in lots of flavors but I only do the original lightly salted one you can eat the whole bag and it’s like less than 400 cal. I don’t have an air fryer yet but I did find a grocery store near me sort of finally that has carrot chips like I used to get at Trader Joe’s just air fried and salted and they are so good. I’m vegan for four years now so I had to go to cheese because it was upsetting my stomach ALOT. Like you said you’re dealing with. Quitting cheese was very hard and I fell off the wagon a couple times but after four years I have found two tolerable nut-based vegan cheeses. The first one is by tree line it’s cashew-based and I get the cracked black pepper one heated up put some more black pepper and salt on it and they add some almond-based yogurt to it to make a kind of creamy sauce or dip. Next one is kite Hill. Almond based ricotta cheese I love both of these because the texture is dry and crumbly like feta which is one of the cheeses I miss the most. You can order them on Amazon. I don’t suggest any other vegan cheeses that are made out of potato starch or any other kind of starch because then you’re not even getting protein. I don’t crave sweet stuff anymore…but I’ll be honest I have been eating candy again which I’m sure my dentist is not gonna be happy about I don’t sub anything for candy if I want candy I just have it. Also what I have several days a week is those dried seasoned seaweed packets that will definitely satisfy your crunchy salty cravings I use them as wraps or dip them in my vegan cheese dips.
Here is best desert, easy, only tree things in it and more heallty... Its total vegan. You can eat it as deserh, piece of beeakfast, a snack meal after training, have it frozen as ice cream. Most children looves this..Even big ones 😁 Not saying how much to use, you choose, depends how many gona have it. You nedd raspberry's , can use fresh or frozen, mix it in bowl soft reminds of jam, put cocos milk and chia seeds. Should be half loose porridge.. Then put in deserth bowl or a big plate of youre choice. Make this before bed time is best, becourse it needs atlist 2-3 houers in cold. Put it "jääkapi" and enjoy it next day or after 2-3 houers.. My sugestion is not take blueberry gets to sweet.. But go a head, there is many you can try, more bitter like cassis, can be really good.. Those ”rice cakes” are so good.. but they are not rice they are corn cakes. Maissikakku is corn cake. 🤭 there was salted caramel ones on christmas time and those were so good also🤤
I love my chips too but I had to cut back to lose weight, I have them here and there but not nearly as much. Instead I’ll make popcorn with a little lemon and tapatío. Not too bad in moderation lol 😝
