Id like to support what mac is saying here. Only issue is Mike Smith wasn't jockey error it was race fixing. I backed Zenyatta quite big (small to most big punters- a few hundred) as did most other mugs. It's my strong assertion to this day he rode her to get beat deliberately. A lot of racing is fixed as its a money business but many many times I've watched the breeder's cup and thought 'wtf was that'. Don't think the Aussie jockey was on the fix he just tried too hard to look good and amost paid the price. Aussie Carberry or Spencer Rest in peace John
