Nice tour . My dream would be a two bedroom condo with a loft and a nice patio balcony as well as nice living room and kitchen.
Oh, thanks for ditching the suit Gav! 🤣

The first place would be great if it had an actual bedroom.

Lovely video. Looking to relocate soon, this is very helpful. No way I’m paying 500+ for an alley style studio though.

As a person who built his own home from scratch, let me tell you what you're actually paying for here. None of the appliances, construction or furniture equate to the 500K amount they're asking for. Nor does the ammenities like the gym bring that into the cost. The true cost comes from the location itself... NOT the ACTUAL place youre buying to live in. I could get that same type of home in the city limits or build it myself after buying land for WAY less like 100 to 120K less.
Because, you're given the luxury to live in a metropolitan community so close to everything in the city of course that is the asking price. Hell you should see how much rent is for someone who lives in a high standard apartment in DC is, around $4800 or higher a month and that all stems from again the LOCATION. Because those apartments have similar ammenities with way less space than what an average sized house would provide and they still make you pay that much. Also, all of those appliances and furniture doesn't really cost that much if you know how to shop. Just because it looks modern or fancy or high tech or green friendly they make it seem like it's expensive when it really isnt. 9 times out of 10 they're also old models already at the point of sale.

Also, lots of people are tricked into so called "luxury" homes, houses, condos, apartments because of marble, bare wooden oiled material and metallic or stainless steel appliances... these things are literally EVERYWHERE! at this point not making them luxury. I honestly don't know why we still use the word LUXURY when everything is literally the same everywhere at this point. Hell walking into a mc donalds bathroom is a luxury these days or using free wifi in stores is a luxury but people dont think of it like that and still attach the word to FANCY LOOKS and VALUED PRICE.
A T-Shirt that costed $100 dollars yesterday from a brand name WILL NOT cost $100 dollars or more tomorrow just because! The only way that thing goes up in price or can be sold for the same price is if you know how to be a salesman.
some materials are either built very well or built very poorly thus making you look for BETTER QUALITY when its the same thing just built better to function better while in use.
The more people realize the better our situation can change when it comes to homelessness or overspending or spending anything at all.

Feeling like a one-bedroom does not make a one-bedroom. This is a studio.
