Hi Edward, yup that is the Veri Veri Teriyaki brand. It's pretty yummy. I like to make these ribs, because they cook up quickly. I hope that all is well with you. My son from Texas has relocated to LV. We are also having 7 visitors coming for a short stay in a couple of weeks. Whew, I got a lot going on! lol I hope that all is well with you!
Here’s another recipe I tried maybe 2 months ago and even though I over cooked the sauce a little…..you can’t walk away from it like I did 😆, they came out delicious and I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe Rosie.
I can’t believe it….I actually have some of those ribs in the freezer, all I need is the teriyaki sauce and I think the little store where I live should have it. Our little store had the exact same teriyaki marinade you used so I was able to make the flanked ribs for dinner and they came out perfect, they even looked just like yours 😂. Hi Delores, we have places here called Hawaiian BBQ. Sometimes they are called Korean Flat Ribs. They usually serve the meal with rice and macaroni salad. Yup, 2 starches. lol It's a great meal.

I'm always skeptical about any "fast" rib recipe ... low and slow is the only way to get rid of fat. Those do _look_ nice, and your reduced marinade looks wonderful, but they just can't be tender. Can they? We need a taste test, Rosie! 🤣
