Note: You do not have to remove the long frame bolt completely and destroy the lock washer that keeps it from falling out. The rubber grommet is split to accommodate the installation with it all in place.
I can see where you can slide the bushing over the bolt and then the hook over that without prying the bolt out. Great video, I just bought a ‘23 Big Horn.
It's a beautiful truck inside and out. I would test drive it, make sure you don't get one that has issues with clunky shifting. My 2020 bighorn has some jerky gear changes 8 to 7 when going up a slight hill. It can't figure out what gear to be in. Kinda annoying but I can feel it about to happen so I try to either let off the gas or step on it to avoid it.
Thanks for the video. I have another question. What are the specs on your tire and wheel combo. Looking to change the wheels on my 2024 Rebel. Your set up is what I’m looking do. Size, width, and plus or minus on the off set if you don’t mind. 😎
Not sure what the difference between my hooks and others is, but it was so difficult to try and install it without removing the little washer on the long bolt. My rubber grommets were split, but if I installed them on the hook it was impossible to force the bolt into that gap. I then tried to put the rubber washer on the bolt first and then force the hook over the washer and bolt. Just couldn’t get it to work. I didn’t lift my truck to do this so space was limited. 10 whacks with the hammer, got the bolt out. Torqued it to 85lbs, all good.

Same here!
If you could do it all over again, would you buy that same truck again? I’m in the market and considering all of my options.

I believe you have the washer on the wrong bolt
What’s your wheel and tire setup on your thumbnail? Looks sick!
35's on 22's. I think 12.5 wide
Lucky for me I dont have to worry about getting around the little automatic airdam, cause mine broke off while off-roading lol
Great video! Thanks!
Did you install the lights on your bumper as well? If so let me know the title of that video
Thanks
How the heck did you get the little plastic surrounds back in place?!
The was a great demonstration and Man you got a sick looking truck there. The orange is sharp. All the best in 2024. Thanks for a fantastic year.

The towhook is open ,there is not need to remove the 9 inch bolt ,just lower it one inch and slide it in the towhook and bingo
Great video looks nice
