Mark my words, this CPR SPR Road is already very very congested and in bad condition. And if these new launches are keep happening then due to construction truck traffic is gonna increase further. And we all know how much time it's gonna take to develop elevated road in India, almost 3-4 years at least. So just imagine existing SPR road which is itself congested then: 1. increased traffic due to these new launch construction work trucks. 2. roads are getting further narrowed if by chance the elevated road work starts due to diversions. Even now I don't want to travel through this pathetic roads with so many red lights, and if both the above things aligned in the same time, It will be a road of hell.

Agar 20 saal lagte hai planning aur execution ke beech, toh ye news nikaal ke faaltu property ke rates mat badhaya karo. Mai abhi college se nikla hu, iss raftaar se jab meri shaadi hogi aur mere bache school 4th 5th mei padh rhe honge tab shayad project banne. Iss beech mere liye ghar khareedna mushqil mat karo
