The Chamber of Secrets literally made me gasp! It looks amazing! I don't even know how you managed to make it look that accurate?! It's so good! But I'm dreading the moment I get to it in my build, because knowing me I'm gonna screw it up somehow 😂😂
Do you think you'll ever make an addition to this map by adding Hogsmeade and the train station? It would be so cool to see all the secret tunnels in and out of Hogwarts. I'm not sure if there's much information about all of them out there as to what they look like and where they lead to/from but it would be a super cool to see you do it. Also congrats on this build. The initial Hogwarts exterior is fabulous but now we can all see the interior in full detail it's astonishing!! Keep it up man, hope uni is going well ❤
I'd really love to do that! Hogsmeade is rather difficult due to the lack of reference material on the build but Hogsmeade station would be very fun to build - though it's location does keep changing in the films so I'll have to settle with something (and make a pathway for the carriages to get to the castle - I'd probably base it off the Prisoner of Azkaban?!) (And you're right those secret tunnels would be so enjoyable to go between!)

I do care :) it takes an extraordinary amount of time to plan out and put together tutorials which is why I won’t be making one for the interior - I’m a busy university student and do not have the time. This is why I have made this video :)

My texture pack is available for Java edition and downloads are available for my patreon supporters (however a free version which covers all the basic blocks is free to download on planet minecraft - just search up my profile and it comes with the free world download) Happy building!
@@PlanetDragonod I downloaded the world and the texture pack, and it's mostly great, but some of the textures don't seem to be working. For example, the fire braziers are showing as a black silhouette of the braziers, with spots of purple in them (same with the gargoyles in the Great Hall), and some blocks (like andesite) have a checkered purple-black texture. I installed Optifine. Do you have any recommendations to resolve this?

You're very welcome! I'm using a custom one built by me! If you're wanting to use other minecraft blocks then the new Mud Bricks and Deeplsate tiles make a nice combination!

Hi I was wondering if you could make a video like this but with commentary and audio. I don't mean a stream because if you watch normally it's really hard to make out what's going on as you stop to answer all the comments that people message.
What I find funny about my creative mind, or my sudden urge to randomly build stupidly challenging things, is that I will just wake up one morning, go from building a tiny little house, and then thinking "man i kinda feel like building something slightly bigger" and then I end up following some random dude on a journey to build some crazy large castle for the next month of my life
Hey dragonod, I was wondering if your hallway that leads from the great hall to the grand staircase has different measurements from the tutorial because yours is 6 blocks wide while the tutorial is 4.
I’m rethinking how I’m doing them as having a custom model (and custom textures for each name) for each supporter made the resource pack file far too large to be reloaded into minecraft I’ll still have everyone’s names though! Just need to find a better way to do it! Thanks for your support aidan! ❤️

If you have world edit you can move it up
If you’re on bedrock you can use structure blocks to move it up (there’s tutorials on UA-cam)

His castle is much different than the tutorial castle, with many areas being larger or different.
