I look forward to being able to make a new Monster Mouth Pillow with this blue fur!
Yaaaay!!! Was able to revive an outfit thanks to this! Thank you!
put a tablespoon of conditioner in a spray bottle of water and its even easier.
im doing it! thankyou cause in asia detangler spray is not exist
You damaged it a little... Instead of going so harsh, you should've used a blow dryer to warm it up a little before brushing through it...
Best way to do it... Tablespoon of Conditioner in a spray bottle... Water the rest of the way...
Spray it lightly... then Heat it up and Dry it with a Blow Dryer for a couple of minutes... try to focus on a Square foot at a time..
Ok I am an year late so does it soften the fur?
This was super helpful, thank you!
brush your fur backward, to shed less fur, because it doesn't grow back
Hi what do you mean by backwards? Thanks
@@redlady935 against the direction the fur is "growing"
Tysm
that makes no sense at all
Reminds me of cookie monster
Lol
and push the brush instead of pull it, pulling it pulls the fur and it winds up scraggling like damaged hair, this causes the fur to tangle faster with each subsequent brushing.
This is a darn L I F E S A V E R. Thank you!
This also works with fluffy phone cases especially if you wash them like me
Gosh a fluffy phone case sounds like it would get gross so quick
get a decent phone case
Thank you!!!! I thought I destroyed my rug by washing it.
Thank you! Worked great on my military parka.
This really helped! Thank you!
Would this work on slides like slippers. (I got mine wet because of the rain and now i dont know if i will be able to revive them 😭
EXACTLY
Did you kill Cookie monster? Lol
Love the technique
😂
can you use a wet brush?
Yes
I have a rug like that and I did not know and I washed and dried it and it kind of melted it do you know how I can fix it? Or is it no good now
What you could try is first go over it with a detangling brush and then a smoothing brush.
Keep in mind that no matter what you do, the rug is not going to be as nice as before the wash but can restore it somewhat. Maybe work on a small area like a square foot, note the results, then decide if the rest is worth trying to salvage.
Can you do this on short pile fur.
Isn't this gonna make it bald eventually?
If you do it many times yeah probably, but atleast it can keep it looking nice for longer. I use this on my ikea fake fur instead of having to buy a new one every few months. :)
I have the same but a bigger rug that's like that blue
Same
i washed my floor rug and dried it , now its all matted and looks like dread locks , can this be fixed
Just use a hair detangler & a detangling brush, any that resembles a Wet Brush
But if it hit heat, you melted the fur so you'll have to get a new one
i like that brush - name?
Not even fixed it looks worst then ever
its cheap fur, wont ever look that great. least it's not dreadlocked anymore.
