Hello Professor how do you escape the foot lock when your opponent brings the leg across the body and attacks the foot with his right arm? I try to time it and come up, but it’s a ton of pressure on my knee.
You talk about from 50/50 position?
Yeah now that think about it that is 50/50 position lol.
@@Youoldb i would try come up and put my foot on the mat, never let they turn away, so hold the collar and put your foot on the mat, and destroy the 50/50 guard, dont let they put the foot on your HIP. i think that should help you a lot,, i hope i understood right haha BIG OSS
