I'm really strong in hands-on skills. I like your video very much. I'll come and watch it every time I update~
thank you brother
Coming along nicely. We posted this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
Debby excelente muy buenos tus trabajos
Very cool brother
thank you brother
Good job my mans. For a homemade milling machine this machine should have plenty of rigidity. I am making a milling machine as well. It is not as big as yours but its big enough for home use. Eventually I will share some pics and maybe videos my current laptop is to slow. Take care.
thank you brother
I have an old Samsung Galaxy phone that I make and upload videos on... If I wanted decent videos I could make a tripod mount for it and pause the recording for cuts... It's not the best but there is no excuse.. I made a homemade lathe with less than minimum viable materials and I can turn rotors, make hubs in aluminum, even do mild steel work and I have no computer but I have videos of that and other things I do.. I just got my hands on some 1" thick steel plate tho so the lathe I made is getting some serious upgrades soon..
Very good job thank you
thank you
Very good
Super 👍
Thank you
Thank you brother
😗🔥
Dang Deb another amazing project! that case must weigh 200 lbs? Love it! Joe

terimsaksih bang
thank you brother,
immediately
Wondering about the flatness of guides you produce from your grinder. Did not see you take any measurements on those guides on your milling machine or the lathe you built. How do you ensure of adequate flatness of your guide bars?
friend, my congratulations as always great content, I wanted to ask are you following any manual or book like ginger book machine? I ask because I want to do it too
where I am no one sells manuals, I built it based on looking on the internet the form and function of a machine
You are good and skillfull. What is your profession? Thanks for sharing this video
I am a carpet trader, but I like art, especially machines, thanks for the support
ok this looks mega epic wow
thank you
Mantapp👍👍
terimakasih
Do you always do your grinding without hearing protection?
I always wear the small one, but it doesn't appear in the video
He can't hear you 😊
the bearing tolerances are to loose. Those bearings will spin, as well as the race for the angular contact bearing. Any thoughts?
Very good job
🇧🇷
thank you bro
Good
amazing
It appears everything you using is UN mooed mild steel?
Boy you must have a Ton of steel in that thing 😬nice job considering the tools available
thank you bro
Muito bom seu trabalho parabéns
thank you
An amazing project. This may have been asked before, Do you have a set of plans or did you make your own?
Would you care to share the source or sell the plans you have made?
Hi Deb I like the milling stand you do. I remember it was auto parts. But what kind of engine, car model does it come from?
thank you brother,
if in my place a 1000cc Mitsubishi pik up
I love your content. Always inspiring. Is your family in the steel business? You sure overbuild everything.
Thank you brothers, we as a family are carpet traders because my global situation is inspired by UA-cam, especially I have a hobby in this field, I hope God will bless my path to work on UA-cam, thank you for your support
Wow! You don’t do anything small, do you? But that’s what makes it awesome👍
thank you brother
thank you bro
The driveshaft yokes are 90º out of phase, if that were an automotive setup, it would doubtful that you would get out of first gear!
The yokes on the actual driveshaft need to be inline. Rotation would be a lot least jerky.
You have just enough room for those unused spare parts,i think you have them before and did an good assembly drawings for evaluation fiirst.
thank you my brother, you are a person who always appreciates works of art
each video distracts me from buying a cheap milling machine and brings me closer to the decision to build my own
the decision is yours
15 mm
ficou muito top
Besi yg tebelnya segitu biasanya dapet dimana om?di toko besi daerah saya ngga bisa saya nemunya :(

thanks for the advice
where are you friend ? ,i hope you are fine
Dar tu ai numai o mână?
Oye en cuanto me hses uno igualito
When should we expect the next video?
immediately
your steel grinding machine, what secrets can you tell whoever is building it?
I love going through your content and seeing how many safety issues I can find in any given clip. Although I can agree people don't need all their toes, or even both eyes, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't wanna choose only one eye and I feel thats what you're kinda picking by not wearing safety glasses. But as long as you got this bitchen lathe to show, whatever. I'll mind my business. Lol.
I always take care of safety in my work. I work with glasses, thank you for reminding me about safety at work, sorry my English is not good.🙏🙏🙏
👍👍👍
Pakai gear gardan apa itu om
Gardan carry t120
@@DebbyNovrinal mantap 👍👍👍
I am still waiting to see how you get the slideways to be true and straight.
that's why I use hexagonal axles
@@DebbyNovrinal But that is not the answer. Unless they are machined true in situe the mill will never produce precise results. It is the same with the bed of the lathe you have built.
Am waiting for your next video. It is over a month ago since you posted your last video
sorry for waiting I was working on something for it, the video is not a little long because there is something to do

Hi Debby. I d like to start building my own Milling machine and I need advice on engine specs for mill, as how much kw and rpm are best for milling machine. Thx
