Yummm, I love the cream cheese idea and coconut, pineapple. I usually add raisins and we also made banana bread with blueberries. Love your banana bread recipe and happy to come here as I can learn new things in baking😊

A swirl of cream cheese or peanut butter is an awesome idea Crystal. People go crazy for banana bread. I hope this video goes really well for you! I like chocolate chips best. Starbucks used to have a Reduced Fat Banana Chocolate Chip cake that was amazing!
