Hi there and thank you for the info and great prices comparing the 2 city's. How about the Weather/Climate? is there a big difference or pretty similar in terms of rains and snowfall every year downtown vancouver vs Langley city/Willowbrook area?

I lived in North Vancouver and experienced in general had more rain and typically more snow, but Vancouver and Langley are only an hour away from each other so it won't be a drastic difference. Langley does have some micro climates which is why it's home to many great wineries, especially along the US border!

Langley has always been better. The only downfall is women are way hotter in Vancouver.😮
