This is a great video!! Ive lived in Brookswood for 30 years! Great place! We ARE on the sewer system so not all of Brookswood in on septic. Great place to live and I hope to live here the rest of my life!

Thank you! I lived in Brookswood for a few years and it was the last place I lived before moving back to the UK. I graduated from the high school there in 1987. Also that 7-11 I know very well as I worked there in the late 80s and early 90”s. My mum was a realtor in Langley City along with my uncle and my mum’s cousin. The area has changed so much. I’m planning to visit family there next July if all is okay with the Covid situation.

Hi there, sorry for the late reply, I'm not involved with property management only sales. You'll want to search the Facebook Marketplace ads but I'd be will to wager around $1,200 to $1,800. Langley has quite a range of apartment ages, sizes, and areas which will run the spectrum for rental cost.

Beautiful big houses, but their white and gray paint make them look a little monotonous!!! Why each owner has to paint his or her home this way?
Its strata. This means you are NOT allowed to personalize or paint your own home. Strata council makes laws. It's really ridiculous we just got out of a strata unit in Langley. What a gong show let me tell you. BEWARE of strata at all costs. Figure it out financially to but detached home because strata is ugly politics and total control. After only 1 year several of us sold and left . Langley is turning into vancover. So overpopulated in neighborhoods and rush hour is worse than vancover really. Langley is not a good place to bring up a family , seriously , we have Indo Canadian punk gangs all over surrey Langley and drive by shootings are a regular weekly news highlight. Surrey has the most violence per capita than anywhere in North America. This is a fact. Check for yourself. Surrey gang violence 2021.
