The moment I saw Shorekeeper, I didn't even think of Memokeeper nor Black Swan at all, other than the veil, it honestly didn't matter at all. Their designs are so different from each other, and her personality and the vibe she's giving is so different from Black Swan.

I disagree that this Wuwa design is copying Black Swan, any of these individual design elements can apply to so many characters out there, but as a correction Lingsha is based on a character from Honkai Impact 3rd who existed long before Sparkle.

ShoreKeeper comes from a Lamia skin, she even has a veil and something on her chest (a butterfly instead of a tacet mark) but she's still from the PGR and was around before Black swan even leaked.
Furthermore, Shorekeeper was leaked in 2023, even photographic evidence can be found.
what about aponia from hi3 whose even more similar to the shorekeeper? just to be clear, i love the kuro and hoyo games, but i just feel the unnecessary need to point out that aponia from hi3 shares more similarities with the shorekeeper compared to black swan, as seen in both character design and attack animations. while it is true that the original inspiration of shorekeeper’s design came out earlier than black swan, aponia was released all the way back in 2022!

Aalto mentions in act 5 that his “supervisor” is an ancient being and a big deal, and he refers to her as “she”. If that’s shorekeeper, then her name makes sense.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how besides the idea of a woman wearing a veil with "keeper" in their title makes them similar.

Normally, people with a Tacet Mark that big (or long) are beings that has been touched by the divine, or has a big connection to divinity, just look at Jinhsi for example, she was chosen by the Sentinel itself and bestowed the power of Jue (it's full power) at the end of her story right so she's basically divine now.
Then you have Rover who hold hands with the nameless goddess (or I dub Goddess Lucia: Plume), yet have a small mark on his/her right backhand, when it could have extended to the length of his/her elbow.
