I’ve had a giant artblock since last March and I haven’t drawn a single thing for almost a year. I thought I’ll never be able to enjoy drawing again. This c*vid thing just… ya know what I mean ;).
But then, a compilation of 5up’s art contest (it was the reason for the first drawing to be created and I forgot to send it XD!), SAD-ist’s insane animations and The Comfy Cartel by Sevvanto and Lindi sparked something in me and before I knew my hand slipped… several times. I can’t move my fingers now. But I am satisfied.
So I present to you MY FIRST EVER animatic (and my first ever video for that matter)!
There are almost 285 drawings and I tried to make every single one of them as realistic as possible. It’s almost like an Among Us Rewind (and like an anime opening Corpse was talking about XD).
Streamers featured in the animatic (in order of appearance):
5up, Hafu, DumbDog, PeterPark, Tubbo, CORPSE HUSBAND, Sykkuno, Disguised Toast, Greaseball, TinaKitten, Jacksepticeye, Valkyrae, Boyinaband, Pewdiepie, Fuslie, Train (on the photo Toast throws), LilyPichu, Ludwig, JamesCharles, Pokimane, Mr.Beast, Dream, Karl, Dakotaz, BretmanRock, Dr.Lupo, Wolfabelle, BrookeAB, SteveSuptic and (I promise you) there are more standing behind Toast in the final scene ;).
Some scenes in the animatic are based on real in-game events from Among Us streams!

I loved the transition between 5up and hafu's vent double kill and Corpse's straight to hell buddy on Tubbo

Actually, it looks like he portrayed the after incident, it was on the same map, but this time it was Rae and Sykunno together on spawn, so they killed all of the people on spawn except corpse, and corpse owed rae because of the previous incident, so he stood there, with the dead friends, all alone.

The "Straight to Hell" betrayal, the "Snowman date" and the "Babuska Incident"! I love it. This crew is great, I hope you do more with them, this was cool to see.
I love how its so intense at the end and then you just hear the 'bloop sound' and 'Pokimane was ejected'

This is fucking INCREDIBLE especially for a first animatic. I'm literally stunned. my jaw is on the fucking floor. I don't even feel like I can say anything to truly express how much I loved this. I think your transitions from scene tro scene were fantastic, I LOVED how you made everyones characters so fucking potent (?) and clear in just a few clips. I have nothing bad to say about this. I am stunned and shocked and impressed and I think I want to give you my wallet. it has a tacvo bell gift card in it. The fucking scenes where it's flashing from character to character. I just. Incredible. mindblowing. showstopping. never been done before.

This was a great animatic, regardless of the subject. It was beautifully stylized while still capturing each person’s face perfectly.
