Nice town Ine. Ano pangalan town nyo? I notice majority houses not only yours but whole Philippines close to the streets. My town north of Panay has road widening 2x and it eat a big chunk of my dad's property good thing our house was built in the old ways, away from the roads. The widening did not reach our house but I feel bad too many concrete houses destroyed when they did widening in Iloilo city. Keep up the good work Ne. Your video is great.
Mindanao the best market is in Calinan, all the vegetables and fruits come from the hinderland it is the cool weather, every morning the trucks bring the goods to the Calinan market than they are sold in The other province Davao tagum digos
I was surprised the mangoes were more expensive than USA prices(120 pesos)and most vegetables about the same price in California, USA. Jackfruit, sweet potato, eggplant and seafood were ridiculously cheap.
Love those open markets. A little advice......slow down. You swing your camera around too fast. Hard to tell what anything is and it makes your viewers dizzy.

You can fry it ...you can grill it ....nice to dip in vinegar with garlic....I usually wash it first to remove the excess salt before frying .
