Mike, I live in Washington State. We've been doing mail in ballots for years. Only a registered voter can receive a ballot im the mail. Your signature has to match your signature on your registration when you registered to vote. We only receive one ballot. It's not possible to vote twice. If the signature on the envelope containing the ballot doesn't match the registration signature, the ballot is rejected. The reason identification is required is because we provided identification when we registered to vote. Your claim that voter fraud occurred in every state because on voter computers is totally wrong. We don't use voter computers in Washington State. Also in many (most?) countries it's possible to vote per mail. Some countries send out letters in advance to every citizen that's allowed to vote. It has to be returned weeks before the election date and if someone would then try to vote in person, his name would already be listed as "had voted per mail". In the US you have to request a ballot per mail. Both systems work.
I live in Oregon. When I forgot to sign my mail in ballot, a representative from the county clerks office called me. I was able to go to the office and sign my ballot.

Mike, I live in Washington State. We've been doing mail in ballots for years. Only a registered voter can receive a ballot im the mail. Your signature has to match your signature on your registration when you registered to vote. We only receive one ballot. It's not possible to vote twice. If the signature on the envelope containing the ballot doesn't match the registration signature, the ballot is rejected. The reason identification is required is because we provided identification when we registered to vote. Your claim that voter fraud occurred in every state because on voter computers is totally wrong. We don't use voter computers in Washington State. Also in many (most?) countries it's possible to vote per mail. Some countries send out letters in advance to every citizen that's allowed to vote. It has to be returned weeks before the election date and if someone would then try to vote in person, his name would already be listed as "had voted per mail".
In the US you have to request a ballot per mail. Both systems work.
I live in Oregon. When I forgot to sign my mail in ballot, a representative from the county clerks office called me. I was able to go to the office and sign my ballot.
