Jenny’s comeback literally gave me goosebumps. How hard could that journey be to quit after being the Olympic champ to only comeback two years later to win again. Going from loving it, to hating it and quitting to coming back.

I’m a DH fan/rider but that comeback was one of the highlights of mtn bike racing in 2019 for me.

It's a great message to get out, there IS such thing as over training. Mix up the exercises and slightly decrease the amount of constant training you're doing, and the you have the method to a healthy performance! Awesome, Redbull 🤘
Love this series! Don't watch DH that much, but this series makes it so exciting. And women's XC is my favorite - happy to see KC smashing it and Jenny's incredible journey.

Yes! There is such a thing. I experienced it. Once I got off the MTB 100% of the time & started aerobically riding road in 1999 I slowly regained my fitness from all the anaerobic over training I had been doing for several years on the MTB. Good thing to because I got way fast when racing MTB as a result. Great video.
Is there an enduro fast life or am I being dumb? If there isnt it would be cool to have one

There are those who are born with "talent" or physical conditions to develop skills in a sport more easily than others. Rissved is one of those people who, if she trains as she should, does not have to work as hard as others do; such as Courtney. Yes, it sounds ugly, but it's the reality. If Rissved does the job, there is no more chance for others.

I can vouch for what was said in the video! Lenzerheide is crazy... rode the World Cup track a couple of times and the first time I lost a bit of focus I went horribly OTB in the gnarly steeps... defo not a "bike-parky" track!

Winning starts when you accept that failure is possible. Winning is simply the benefit of not giving into the thought of failure. So when you fail and you only take away the positives, the negatives will always be there to haunt you unless you accept them first and tell them, like a mad man.... NOT TODAY!!
Learn from failure, build a stronger mind set. It's tough with all the hard training, good advice!

A friend of mine is a world cup DH racer and he said that he spent thousands of dollars to get to a round and then crashed first lap and couldn't keep riding. Such a waste of money for a crash

See im from India. Inspite of having the himalayas, where i live i dont have enough opportunities in Mountain Biking. Ive seen a dream of riding for redbull, having that redbull sprayed helmate. I dont know if this will be possible but im trying my best.

@@aledge6317 I personally think it looks horrible. And dh is like a big advertising for the brands and most people like average park rat et will be more likely to buy regular kit more than lycra etc so is better for them to show this kingd of clothing
