I am now pain free. I am now pain free. Ive been writing down and saying out loud Louise Hays subliminal positive stress free affirmations at day 16 now- I wake up pain free now. Together with my own daily journaling. And I’ve incorporated this with daily walks and it’s really been helping me. I’ve gone from being bed bound to waking up pain free- it all starts in the mind tell yourself everyday all tge great and wonderful things you want to hear and be you’re own cheerleader. Change in mental attitude has really helped me heal myself.
Hey John, my MRI reveals spondylolisthesis the surgeon said this is causing my weakness and numbness in my leg when standing for a while. Who do I believe? Is this caused by TMS also? So confused.
I think for many regardless of wether they think it was an emotional issue or not, they should know that most chronic pain is learned pain anyway. Most not all though.

Sorry that you are suffering Rohit. Dr. Sarno’s books don’t tell you how to cure yourself. There are no lessons in the books. Our course tells you exactly how. I have a promo code if that helps DISCOUNT75
Could this be my cause? I got scared I had an std 2 months ago, got a negative std test, but left with sensations like burning and tingling in my junk. Struggling with severe stress and anxiety but working on fixing it
@@thorn421 I want to say yea, it’s weird because I didn’t do nothing to really cause it if that makes sense besides having severe anxiety and stress, as well as I was on fight or flight mode for weeks on end
Hey John, I've cured almost everything TMS has thrown at me - but have been struggling with eczema (legs, pubic area, underarms). I don't fear the symptoms because I've stopped using creams for about a year now - and yet the rashes continue spreading. - Is there something in my life I'm neglecting to tackle? - Is eczema the last hold-out of TMS, and a sign I'm at the finish-line? - Could it be that I just haven't changed my mindset completely? - Or would I need to take some sort of action to reduce some kind of stress? - Or am I just focusing too much on my body, and not living in the present?
@@thorn421 Ahh, so I would need to minimize as much of the stress inducers in my life? Did you do anything in particular that started your eczema healing process, or did you heal because of the culmination of your other efforts?

What about dermatitis eczema
Yes KRG, I had eczema myself on my leg and it is definitely caused by stress. I got rid of it. John
I went to the site but couldn’t find list of local doctors that treat according to Sarno, is it still there?
No it's not Catherine. Most of them were patients of Dr. Sarno and have unfortunately retired. Where do you live?
Have you ever had a client with cervical stenosis, diagnosis pain in the neck down the arm, muscle atrophy, etc. struggling
About a thousand times John. TMS
very nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
What about urinary tract infection?
Yes I think UTI is a possible stress symptom
I think for many regardless of wether they think it was an emotional issue or not, they should know that most chronic pain is learned pain anyway. Most not all though.
Yes we agree.
Are migraines TMS?
Yes Darren.

It sure sounds like it Harsh. I would guess so. We have a diagnosing guide on the website link below video.
Just curious (not being ironic or sarcastic) : how many of the patients you helped come out of TMS were CPPS sufferers?
About 3 that I remember coaching personally. One was a medical doctor who was head of one of the most prestigious hospitals in the US. He got better.

It would have to last for a few months before being considered TMS. But it could be.

Eczema was the most difficult symptom for me to cure. Yes it means you somehow need less tension.
