- We got Grading and Major Landscaping at our farmhouse done last week and the dream golf homestead is looking great! Our modern farmhouse is finally getting out of the mud and looking pretty! As the backyard golf practice facility continues to improve, so does our “clubhouse”…

Did you have to get an DEP permit for this project? Specifically the watershed plan?I live in Florida, the city is pretty strict about runoff. Lots of permitting etc.
Fortunately being in the middle of the country, we didn’t have to get a permit. I can imagine it’s tough in Florida though!
Am I just ignorant, or is 5 dump trucks of soil expensive? You have so many expensive tools/equipment, what do you do for work?
It’s way more expensive than I’d like…None of the big equipment was mine, only the old tractor and lawn mower. I’m in the cyber insurance industry.

We insure a lot of cloud consultants for Tech E&O and Cyber as they have access to tons of data and would be in a world of trouble if their services failed and allowed their clients data to be compromised.
