- A remake of the cult classic "TASTE THE MONEY" UA-cam video I uploaded in 2011.
I promised I would make it when the Re-Boot Camp released. People wanted it, so here it is.

I like how one singular tank cannon shell can suddenly multiply mid-flight like a fucking rabbit
The way I see it is Colin uses his absurd wealth to purchase a tiny nuke for the cannon to use💀
Possibly carrier shell that opens up revealing smaller nuclear warheads within the shell.
I do not know if you are using fucking in an insulting sense or literal, both are accurate

The animation of a single cannon shot taking out five enemies is so understated its comical - its great!
The new super power theme makes it goofier and that's awesome

My god the silly Colin music as he obliterates Kanbeis army with 1 HP units. It just so perfectly encapsulates how stupid and silly this is.

💰 *The Power of Money is Eternal* 💰
Colin was always so broken that the game became so easy with him. Dual Strike with him and Andy as a team was just unbeatable.
the first colin mission in duel strike does him dirty, its a pre-deployed mission with no properties except the HQ.
I prefer Sasha+Colin: Corrupt army. How? Sasha and Colin funds each other, not only that, you can use Sasha to delay your enemy by bribing their COs to lose power. Once you saved up enough and had too many units even if they are injured? You pop Colin's Power of Money, destroy most their units, switch to Sasha to bribe the COs again to lose their power (thus removing their ability to counterattack you). Rinse and repeat. Sasha doesn't have Colin's weakness of weaker armies but she doesn't get cheaper units, she makes up for it by putting bounties on enemies. By killing enemies you get paid, guess what Power of Money does? And attacking this tag team combo is suicidal as every time you lose you are just giving them more money.
If Sturm was in Dual Strike, he will be fucked by this combo, Hawke doesn't stand a chance due to how loooooooong his power bar is (Sasha will win against Hawke in 1v1 by repeatedly delaying his CO power, sure you got bonuses in strength, but she can just farm cash and outnumber you). The final boss of Dual Strike: Von Bolt, is a complete joke in face of this. The only CO that has a chance are those with low CO stars such as Adder, who fills up their bars so quickly, they have their CO power or Superpower up every turn after.
Good to see Colin is still fair and balanced.
My favourite part is how perfectly fitting Colin's new Power theme is for what's actually being shown in the video.
There are some details that I really like about this remake.
At 5:25 they show the pipe in the combat animation. The infantry is on the plain tile which is next to the pipe tile.
They are very consistent with the terrain.
0:14 I love that Colin does that with his hand on his clothes, you can even see gold coming out from his hands.
1:31 infantry recruit different race to promote diversity. the game developers know the context where we live in.
You can also see the electric windmill in the background, perhaps alluding to the cities behind the pipeline?
Yeah, it's great they followed those same details the original Advance Wars 2 had with some extra ones, in the original AW2 you could also a city from a road tile if it was at its side or a mountain too, if you were at a land tile and the ocea was surrounding it, it changed to a rift scenario when you attacked.
The pipe detail shows how much care was put into this. 🏅

my headcanon for how this works is that Colin manages to cut some very sweet deals with the black market and all of his units get nuclear-enhanced ammunition. Just imagine the Fat Man from Fallout in the hands of his mechs.

The fact fat stacks of cash can cause a single rocket to splinter off and blow up 4-5 vehicles with no power is impressive. But having Lucky Star cause a single bullet to blow up a platoon of tanks...mmmmm!
