for goals? not too much... i'm not goals oriented. the simple answer is that you can review, write, and/or affirm your goals daily. pretty simple. commitments are another matter entirely, though! J
Some people this is not a problem for, but others might need to wake themselves up for 10 or 20 minutes prior to meditating. I personally don’t meditate first thing in the morning usually, but I’ll do it in the middle of the day.

But you are just waking up and still sleepy. So is meditation a good way to start the day without falling back to sleep?
