      for goals? not too much... i'm not goals oriented. the simple answer is that you can review, write, and/or affirm your goals daily. pretty simple. commitments are another matter entirely, though!

    But you are just waking up and still sleepy. So is meditation a good way to start the day without falling back to sleep?

      Some people this is not a problem for, but others might need to wake themselves up for 10 or 20 minutes prior to meditating. I personally don’t meditate first thing in the morning usually, but I’ll do it in the middle of the day.

      I think I will do the exercise /stretch first.
