This is a brilliant vid Kat, it's the sort of thing I try to incorporate into my life - finding it a bit harder to do now that I have a baby and a toddler to deal with in the mornings! X
+If the baby allows thanks! Yeah it really depends on your schedule. I hear Mums with young kids can do it as kids get up at 7/8ish so they just get up earlier. But with babies waking up at the crack of dawn I cannot imagine it being very peaceful in the morning 😂

Usually around 2 hours from 5-7 including driving to/from the gym! But I'm just an early bird and enjoy taking my time, you can definitely do everything in under an hour or even less if you just spend a few minutes with each. You can really do as much or as little as you want. Just experiment with the routine and see what works for you, you can always just add in your favourite things e.g. taking 30 minutes to read in bed, write down 3 things you're grateful for, then doing a few quick workout moves before getting ready :) hope this helps! Lol I've always been someone who takes ages to get ready (and enjoys not being rushed) so I appreciate 3 hours is long for some people!
