I just got the note 9 yesterday. I have been with the iPhone 7 plus for 2 years and thought that battery life was good and better than any Android I've ever owned. Before the 7 plus I had the note 5 and owned numerous Android devices. I been testing the battery on stand by and sot. So far for the note 9 this is the most insane battery I seen on a smartphone since the blackberry with a physical qwerty keyboard. Samsung has finally done it with battery life
I am using note 9 since 9 mnths. But i found its battery not efficient like old android orea.after pie and few security update am not getting that old back up
@@tryingeverything2601 no it takes about 300 or more to kill battery.. Everytime you let it drain 1 to 4 you will see your time usage in saving modes go up.. my max on super saving is 2days and 20 hours... Remember only let it drain 4 times
@@johnnybrison4150 actually is wrong the electrons in you device will dicharge quickly when you drain you phone to its low capcity. Litium-ion is one most common type of battery we use because of its longer life but it's quickly destroy some negative electrons when used in charge and drained the battery to its limits. What will happen is it will take time for the electrons to charge because of its concentration from one of the layer of the battery.
sorry but ....this guide is pointless. Three days? you probably rather talk about the standby mode without touching the phone in good network conditions ... As you can see the phone in this video is probably fresh after factory settings and there are virtually no additional applications that burden the system, the next thing is the so-called SOT (screen on time ), i.e. the operating time on the screen when it is turned on, and it is the most important thing right after using up the battery in sleep mode. This video would recommend to my grandmother. Yes, it describes how to extend battery life, but it's nothing new because that's also in the phone's manual ...
Extra tip for Galaxy users, there should be a icon in the drop down notifications menu that looks like a Battery with a Recycle triangle inside of it. If you hold it down, you get additional power saving options such as turning off audio up scaling, video up scaling, etc. Or if you want to turn it into a "dumb phone" to really get the most out of that last 10% or so, there's "MAX - Power Saving Mode". Using that in combination with everything else in this video, there's going to be one hell of a boost that's for sure!

so basically u purchase a phone costing u almost 700 to 800 usd, which is 4000 mah suppose to be any switch off all the feature to last you a day. why not just buy nokia 3310 instead of any samsung phones.mi provides better battery and better specs at half the cost that these grabages
It makes sense that your battery lasts 3 days. With all of these features set like that you wouldn't be very tempted to use your phone lol
Funny how 4000mah was considered as massive when now cheaper samsungs like a03s comes with 5000mah now.
